Unique and privileged apartment with swimming pool on the roof of an 11-storey building. Located in one of the most emblematic streets of Alicante in front of the Postiguet beach. With air conditioning and fantastic ceiling fans in bedroom and living room. Practically in front of the building there is a public elevator that goes down to the beach for people with reduced mobility or parents with small children in carts. It has a great and comfortable queen size bed of 1,50m. and two single beds of .80cm x 1.90m in the living room with brand new mattresses and brand new. Bathroom with shower. The windows of the apartment face the back of the mountain, therefore it is very quiet and ideal to rest. It has mosquito nets in the windows to avoid unwanted "visits" of insects or other species that inhabit the part of the mountain of Santa Bárbara Castle. Sheets and towels provided are white cotton. A PRIVILEGE AND A LUXURY enjoy this fantastic apartment in Alicante.

Summary: The appartment itself needs some love, it doesn’t look like the pictures. The equipment in the kitchen is old and there is just what is necessary. The location is good, close to the beach but a good walk to the places of interest. I need to mention that the person who received us was more than fantastic, she was of a tremendous help with problems we had to solve. Thank you again Theresa.

Summary: After a terrible experience with another apartment, this was a special treat. Teresa met us at the building which was i the best location! The place was decorated nicely, having just been remodeled. It was very clean and cozy, perfect for me and my daughter to enjoy our long weekend together. The pool is not heated and we had some cooler days so we did not use it. The seagulls were quite loud and amusing. So close to the beach and port, we were able to walk easily wherever we wanted to go. I hope to return to Alicante someday and would definitely rent from Teresa again!

Summary: We spent 3 weeks in this flat and found it to be very clean and comfortable and very well maintained. Teresa, the manager, met us at the door even though our flight arrived late in the evening. She was prompt in her responses to our communication prior to the stay and even booked a taxi for us on the morning we left Alicante. The flat allows easy access to the beach and is close to the old town businesses. It is just far enough away to be peaceful and quiet at night. This is a great place for a couple who want to enjoy their visit to Alicante!
