THE CONDO
This condo is a new downtown oasis!!! Designed and furnished to give our guests a modern and luxurious experience while also capturing the comforting feeling you can only get from being in a family home. Everything you could want downtown Chattanooga is at your finger tips. The Aquarium, The River Walk, Restaurants, Bars, Coolidge Park and much much more are within minutes reach. You will also have access to our Pool, Gym and Clubhouse!!!
I live close by and can be available by phone or in person quickly if needed. Providing excellent service and an amazing experience for our guests is our highest priority.
This property is located is a safe trendy area on Riverfront Pkwy. It is close to everything downtown Chattanooga! The Aquarium, The River Walk, Museums, Great Restaurants, Bars, Parks, The Chattanooga Riverboat and so much more!!!
A brand new restaurant "Parkway Pour House" just opened directly across the street and one of Chattanooga's best riverfront restaurants Scotties on the River just opened as well with an Incredible River View Patio. It does not get better than this!!!
The entire condo except for a locked storage closet off of the kitchen.

SMART HOME
This unit is equipped with smart features including smart locks, smart thermostats and smart TV's. High Speed internet is provided and though some will enjoy these features they are not required to use if you choose.
MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom has an extremely comfortable queen bed. There is a Smart Tv with Live TV Hulu and HBO and it connects to a large walk in closet and full bathroom. There are beautiful views of the mountains from this room.
LIVING ROOM
The living room is the heart of the unit. There are lots of windows and this room also has views of the mountains. There is a high end memory foam designer sofa with accenting chair and can comfortably accommodate 4. There is an electric fire place that can be used with heat or without and has a coffee table that can be raised to the sofa to be used as a desk.
KITCHEN
The kitchen has large granite counters perfect for cooking any size meal. Everything you would need to cook a feast is provided including spices, basic baking ingredients and condiments. The kitchen is fully functional just bring the food!
BATHROOM
This is a full bathroom that can be accessed from the main living area or from the master bedroom. It includes a brand new washer and dryer, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and tub if desired. There is a iron and ironing board available as well.
POOL - CLUB HOUSE - GYM
Our guests will have access to the condos amenities. Everything is brand new and functioning. A code will be provided to access these spaces.

Summary: To get in you have to show a bar code to a small screen, If you have an XL phone this will be very difficult. The apartment was very clean and cute. The bed is really uncomfortable. Had an ongoing problem with other people parking in our designated spot.

Summary: Shaun's Downtown Oasis is one of the best VRBO's we have stayed in. The apartment is EXACTLY as described and pictured in the listing. Booking, arrival and departure was very easy and straight forward. Our host Shaun was quick to respond to any questions we had. My husband and I are 57-59 years old, and the location was good for us to walk. We were able to easily walk to the Aquarium, downtown area, Walnut Street Bridge etc. at a leisurely pace in about 20 mins. The apartment was very clean and we felt safe at all times in the area. 2 great restaurants Parkway Pourhouse and Scotties on the River were nearby, less than a 10 min walk away. We will definitely be recommending this unit to others and hope to come back again ourselves.

Summary: We Loved it here!! This place was awesome! The condo was clean and big enough for our family of four! It is within walking/ driving to everything!! Must sees with kids are Ruby Falls and Rock City!! We most definitely will be visiting again!!

Summary: - We are a family of 4, with 2 kids ages 12 and 5. Stayed at the property for 2 nights on our way to Florida. - Everything was 100% as described. It was the cleanest property we have been to in all booking applications. Far cleaner than any hotel we’ve stayed in! - Location is awesome. This is a new building with assigned parking space, lovely little lobby and elevator that works very good. You are less than 5mins from the riverwalk and around 15-20mins by foot from downtown Chattanooga. - The city itself is very interesting and has far more to offer than someone would initially think. Tennessee Aquarium, Lookout Mountain, North Shore… List goes on and I’m sure we could’ve spent additional 2-3 days and not get bored. Overall, a great experience and full recommendation for Shaun’s place. Very responsive and caring host!
