The Helena House is an beautiful open-plan home with 3 main-floor bedrooms and 3 more downstairs. Step through the front door into a large family room with vaulted ceilings. attached to a big kitchen with double ovens and a dining room with a gas fireplace and sofa for conversations while making dinner. The table seats 8 and the sliding doors lead to the private back yard with grill and outdoor fireplace. The master bedroom has a huge, attached walk-in closet room, a baby room (or extra storage room), en suite bathroom with big soaking tub, and French doors. Another bedroom, full bath, library bedroom, living room, dining room and kitchen are also on the main floor. Down the stairs is an open office or study area with 2 desks, 2 chairs and printer, 3 larger bedrooms, plus a large full bathroom with luxury steam shower and separate toilet area. The main attraction downstairs is the large game room/media room. Have fun with a foosball table, shuffleboard, wet bar and UHD TV. 20 minutes to LoDo and tech center; 2 minutes to shopping and restaurants. Walk to pizza, froyo and the grocery store.

Your home away from home is located in a small, quiet subdivision a short walk away from Cherry Creek State Park. The paved riverside walkway begins at the end of the road and continues through the park. Cherry Creek State Park is a recreation haven that borders the neighborhood on one side and DTC on the other. Enjoy the lake beach with BBQ, biking and running trails, a shooting range, improved camping sites, boat launch, model airplane field and marina with water sport rentals.
Also within a short walk is a neighborhood park with play area and recreation center with indoor pool (featuring a lazy river and waterslides). You'll also find a skate park, wonderful restaurants, a nail salon, a boutique coffee shop, frozen yogurt shop, amazing NY pizza and more. Corporate headquarters for many businesses are located in the area or a short drive away.

Summary: This property exceeded every expectation. We had a team of 6 professionals in town for a short-term project. The house was spacious enough that everyone had their own personal space, which was necessary for a 44-day project! But the shared spaces were also roomy enough to allow our full team, which included people staying in other properties, to meet comfortably. The beds were comfortable. The house had everything we needed like towels, dishes etc. It was truly perfect. The hosts were accessible. I would definitely recommend this property to others, who like me, needed space for a professional team, but also for families or friend groups looking for a place to unwind. It was a perfect stay!

Summary: The home was large yet cozy. We came or work, so there were 2-3 people needing their own space. It was perfect! The hosts were responsive and took care of our every need. It was next to a gorgeous park where I ran on the track and rode horses. There is a fitness center in the community that had everything we needed and more. Fireplaces, outdoor seating area, huge kitchen, master with large closet, it was perfect for our needs. Close to the mountains as we took a trip every weekend to explore nearby cities. We will be back!

Summary: We stayed for a month and loved every minute. Our granddaughters spent the night a couple of times and we had a ball. They loved the oversized beanbag and the foosball and shuffleboard. Our evening ritual was sitting out on the beautiful patio by the fireplace ( when it was warm ). It’s a wonderful house, plenty of bedrooms and a wonderful kitchen. We didn’t eat out much, but the location is close to everything, shopping, movies, restaurants, grocery and trails. We would book this house again in a heartbeat.

Summary: This lovely property was spacious, up-to-date, and equipped with everything we could've needed during our stay. Definitely wish it hadn't been snowing nearly the whole time, so we could've used the outdoor fireplace and grill. The only thing more impressive than the home itself was Lori as a host. She was upbeat, available, and so very flexible and accommodating . She honored the late check-out we needed, helped us retrieve a package, and even made an effort to help us find a nearby storage for our company vehicle. My large group and I actually extended our stay twice- haha- allowing us to call this place "home" for a whole month. One of my favorite stays yet. Thanks again for everything, Lori and David!

Summary: Our Christmas holiday stay at the Helena house was wonderful. Lori was very quick to respond kindly to any question I had. The home is very open and welcoming. We loved being close to family in Littleton, Castle Rock and Monument. We enjoyed several walks and runs in the nearby huge park that extends from the home to Cherry Creek reservoir. Summary: Posted on behalf of our clients: My wife, four children, one dog, two cats, and I were displaced from our home due to a flood. We came upon this rental and its wonderful owners, helping to relieve an extremely stressful situation. Lori and her husband were extremely empathetic to our plight, welcoming us into their home with open arms. The home was in excellent condition upon our arrival, with clear directions concerning everything in the home, as well as our responsibilities upon move out. During our long stay, the weather changed, as it typically does in Colorado, numerous times. Lori and her husband were extremely accommodating to our needs, answering our communications from everything to AC, WiFi, and property concerns within minutes. We would strongly recommend this property to any family looking for a short visit, to a long stay.
