Positive: We had to find accommodations quick due to a loss of a reservation elsewhere. We were very happy to find this beautiful place to stay. It was very nice and we could bring our dogs with us. Everything was extremely clean and the staff was very friendly.

Positive: Needed two separate bedrooms and this filled the bill. Room was very clean. Restaurants nearby. Beds reasonably comfortable though pillows could be a lot better
Negative: Parking was very bad. They had half the lot closed for resurfacing and had made no arrangements for overflow parking. Shower pressure/volume is anemic. Constant background rumble from six lane street nearby.
Summary: This is a very spartan bare bones apartment hotel.

Negative: Very bland and plain, almost institutional look to the building. Neighbors are easy to hear but fortunately they were not too noisy.
