Summary: This houuse and this host ticked all the boxes. We stayed for spring break ski trip. An amazing home to play and rejuvenate. Close to the slopes and on the beautiful SanJuan river. You cannot go wrong with this one.

Summary: Beautiful location! Spacious home with 3 bed/3-1/2 bath! Full kitchen. Walk out the back door to the creek at the end of the backyard. Carmen, the property manager, was quickly very helpful when we had a couple of questions. Yep, I’d go back!

Summary: We booked this wonderful home for a family fly fishing Thanksgiving gathering. Its three suites with private baths are ideal for three adult couples. The comfortable interior is mountain-rustic yet impeccably decorated throughout with many unique and high-end custom touches. The location is right on a beautiful, private stretch of the San Juan River, and conveniently close to town. Our host, Carmen, was friendly, helpful, and responsive. This is truly an exceptional property that we can wholeheartedly recommend!

Summary: #1 best VRBO rental for us hands down. Artistic and beautiful. Home is gorgeous, in a subdivision but very private. Loved the sound of the River right in the back yard , steps away from large back deck. Enjoyed the fireplace, firepit, and all the luxury. Pictures do not convey the beauty of this home and the serenity of the river. Good location between Wolf Creek Pass and Pagosa. Owner responsive. Clean and top of the line appliances. Loved having dinner on the deck. Will return! 6 stars.
