Four acres of peaceful lake living watching bald eagles fly over or the ducks land in on the water is absolutely breathtaking. You can sometimes even see deer at the automatic deer feeder in the late evening or early mornings. This modern 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home has abundance amounts of space for large gatherings. The well equipped kitchen has everything needed to create your favorite dishes with ample cookware. There is a Recteq grill/smoker and a Blackstone griddle with lots of grilling utensils. The high top fire pit table is the perfect place to enjoy a nice dinner over looking the lake. The entry way closet will be filled with indoor and outdoor games plus a party box karaoke machine. On the gated back deck there is a huge gazebo area with a 55in TV to watch your favorite game. It also has mosquito netting around the sectional sofa which is great for rainy days. Enjoy a movie under the covered eight person hot tub with lounge seating overlooking the lake. For the littles we have a trampoline, water table, water slide, a radio flyer roller coaster and other outdoor toys. Take a ride on the golf cart (perfect for guest with mobility issues) down to the two connected boat docks making the ultimate hang out spot. At the boathouse additional sleeping is provide with a double queen bunk bed. It also has a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave and a couch where you can kick back and watch TV. There are three boat stalls with lifts and two additional spots with bumpers you can tie off to at the swim decks. Enjoy the covered boat dock area with a twin bed swing, hammock chairs, a baby swing and an outdoor fan. For all you fishing enthusiasts we really have a fantastic set up. We have placed 8 different fish habitats under the boat docks and at night the green led fishing lights kick on that are created to start a fish feeding frenzy. If you want to take a dip in the water we have a water slide, water hammock, water mat and lots of float options. For you sport lovers we have a a volleyball net and basketball goal set up in the more shallow water to play water sports. There are 3 sit on kayaks, 4 sit in kayaks, 1 tandem kayak, 1 youth kayak, 2 stand up fishing paddle boards, 2 regular paddle boards and a pedal boat. In the boat storage closet we have a ton of different size life jackets for all ages, 2 beach umbrellas, a beach cabana, beach toys, and another refrigerator. We also have an outdoor sound system at the boat house with a couple outdoor games. Near the beach area is a custom cooktop firepit with lots of seating, disk golf and tetherball. Hooks Marina is about a 2 minute boat ride and a 7 minute car ride away. You can enjoy karaoke Friday nights and Saturday nights they have live bands playing certain months of the year. Jimmy Davis state park is about a 5 minute boat ride away. They have a large beach area with splash pad and playgrounds for kids.
Caney Lake Landing is about a 8 minute boat ride away where you can buy live bait. Caney is a man made 5,000 acre lake it holds 6 out of the top 10 state records for large mouth bass. It has hosted Major league fishing tournaments in 2022 and 2023. It also holds records for crappie and blue gill. So bring your bass boat and try and catch a record breaking fish.
