This is an Amazing Lake House!
Easily accommodates your family. All new beds and luxury bedding, towels, etc. Spacious kitchen. Kids will want to be in the huge pool all day. Adults will enjoy the spa.
The layout is great for entertaining or just relaxing. 6,000sf consisting of 8 bedrooms on 4 floors each with a living room and a wall mounted TV. We have a spacious and inviting entryway that doubles as a 2nd dining room for larger families, a master suite with his and her bathrooms, a large kitchen with double ovens. It is fully stocked. or really just order pizza. Supersized wall mounted TV in living room (floor 2). An adult floor with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, veranda, and living room and laundry room with new high end washer/dryer (floor 3). A kid floor with play area, TV, tepee, games, a barn for little ones, etc. One room has 2 bunk beds the other "kid" room has 2 Queen beds and a pull out sofa (floor 4). Finished basement opens to the pool, indoor eating area, outdoor picnic area, kitchenette with refrigerator, sink, microwave, toaster and has a queen bed, twin daybed and sofa (floor 1). Exercise room with direct access to hot tub and pool. The oversized 2 car finished garage is currently being used for ping pong, video arcade games, regulation pool table , 3-hole putt putt, foosball, giant jenga, and has a second new washer/dryer set. Outdoor in-ground basketball hoop.
Did we mention kids? Love them! Don't leave them home they'll miss out on a vacation of a lifetime.
Spectacular Main channel view of Lake Wylie. Amazing outdoor entertaining with large paver patio around pool, chaise lounges, sandy beach, huge yard, 3 boat dock with a lift, 3 spacious verandas on floors 1, 2 &3.
5 minute drive to Lake Wylie restaurants or 3 min in your boat or rent ours. New pontoon.
Grocery stores are 5 minute away
This is a vacation rental so we don’t allow Weddings or parties. Family reunions OK. No HS youth groups or college parties. Holidays have a surcharge. Also the pool and hot tub can be heated for $100 per day. Discuss payment options with owner. We gladly rent our new pontoon boat.
Floor 1 is handicap accessible with full bathroom (shower) and queen bed and a twin daybed and sofa.

Extra intensive Special Cleaning procedures during this COVID time includes airing out of the home, deep cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces and counter tops. If you are sick or a family member is sick please call immediately and we will re-schedule you for a better time. If you are fearful of COVID and NC, SC please contact me and we will re-schedule for a later time when you feel more comfortable.

Summary: The house fit our beeds nicely. We were having a retreat for 7 of ouf international leaders along with 3 home office staff. House allowed for 8 guests to eah have their own bedroom, but had to share bathrooms. Our group cooked all of our meals at the house. There were lots of pans, bowels, dishes etc to accomodate this. Need to add some wine glasses to your collection that are not plastic. A couple of housekeeping suggestions. The dishwasher door needs to be repaired as it drops when opened and is a heavy drop that can easily hurt someone. Not sure when the last group was there but the kitchen could use a deep cleaning of the drawers and cabinets as well as the oven.

Summary: This home gave a group of 16 plenty or room to spread out and also come together. We made lifelong memories. The home is beautiful and neighborhood perfect for long walks.

Summary: The property was clean and nicely organized for our stay. The owners replied quickly to our questions. We added heated pool to our stay which everyone loved. Enjoyed hosting family dinner on the porch with extra table and chairs. Nice spot with easy access to Charlotte. Our suggestion is to go through the 3rd floor playroom and group items together ( some are mismatched etc).An example label box for doll house play toys or put cars together for the race track. Adding a few toys for preschoolers would be nice.

Summary: This property had everything we needed for our family vacation. There was plenty of room for our group of 12 adults and 5 children. There were 2 very well-stocked kitchens, a well-stocked play room, and separate living areas on each level of the home, so we could spread out or be together. The large pool and hot tub were a great addition to the outdoors. There was also a large yard for the kids to run and play. On our one rainy day, it was great to have the pool table, ping-pong table and arcade games to keep the kids entertained in the garage. This is our 5th year at Lake Wylie, and this was definitely our favorite home! Rick and Karen were wonderful hosts!
