Positive: This Tel Aviv apartment was incredible! We felt right at home the second we walked in. The location was perfect – steps from Gordon Beach and Dizengoff, but very peaceful on a quiet street. The apartment itself was super clean, huge, and had absolutely everything we could think of, with lots of extra things you normally don't get when booking an apartment, and more than you can find with most hotel rooms. The kitchen had everything anyone would need for cooking and baking, and the living areas were very comfy, especially the balcony overlooking the trees. We had tons of space with two nice bedrooms and two separate bathrooms, all fully stocked. But honestly, Moses, the host, made it extra special. He was so warm and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed, showing us around and helping with parking. And yes, the apartment's private parking spot is priceless, if you ever tried the daunting experience of locating a parking spot in Tel Aviv center! The apartment was beautiful, comfy, and so quiet. We loved having tons of fresh towels, a great kitchen, and just feeling like we were in a real home. Everything was perfect, and we can't wait to go back! It's definitely one of the best places we've ever rented – we highly recommend it for a relaxing and amazing Tel Aviv trip.

Positive: We liked everything! Would definitely come again. The apartment was amazing. It is located on a quiet leafy street but very close to restaurants and other attractions, including the beach. Everything at the apartment was great, it was clean and modern with a stocked kitchen and easy to use appliances. The host was super helpful and was always available. All in all- a very relaxing experience.

Positive: Our stay at this apartment was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The apartment's location is AMAZING – a quick stroll to Gordon Beach and to the Dizengoff area, yet located on a quiet street offering a peaceful getaway from the action. The apartment itself was extremely clean, incredibly spacious, and equipped with everything imaginable. It was like a home away from home, with little touches like different kinds of pillows and blankets, fresh milk (and alternatives!), different kinds of coffee, spices, and even laundry materials. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking and baking, and the living spaces are comfortable and inviting, especially the lovely balcony overlooking the green trees. Our family had ample room to spread out, with two well-appointed bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus the convenience of the living area. What truly set this place apart was the incredible host, Moses. His warmth and hospitality were unparalleled. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was stress-free, from a thorough apartment tour and parking guidance to checking in on us throughout our stay. The private parking spot in the building is a huge bonus in Tel Aviv! Everything was perfect, and we can't wait to return on our next Tel Aviv vacation. Positive: The apartment was perfectly located, VERY clean, and well equipped and stocked for our extended stay. We had everything from laundry detergent to spices to loose tea to nespresso pods and fresh milk waiting for us. Lots of spare fresh towels, lovely little seating area on the balcony. The host met us when we arrived and showed us around the apartment and reviewed the parking access for our car under the building. He was welcoming and warm, and checked in with us during our stay. The apartment was quiet, the balcony facing green trees across the quiet street, but was just a few minutes walk from Gordon beach and from Dizengoff and all the fun cafes and restaurants there. It is really all we could have asked for in an AirBNB in Tel Aviv. Highly recommend!!

Positive: The apartment is amazing and the location is fantastic! Moshe is super responsive to any and all questions, so nice too! We walked to the beach, Carmel market, Dizengoff, and Ben Yehuda. Everything is close!
Negative: Nothing really, learning the high tech lock was a little difficult at first but we got it after a few tries 😁.

Positive: Awesome location! Super friendly and accomodating host who puts his guests first and provides absolutely everything needed for an stress free stay. I can honestly say that I travel extensively and have never stayed in a place so clean and organized and where I immediately felt at home. Moses truly thought of everything, from different milk and milk alternatives in the fridge, to universal adapters in the drawers, and Ice in the ice maker in the freezer. I even rummaged through a kitchen drawer full of gadgets to find something he missed - nope! I'd move in permanently if I could. Highly recommend and don't hesitate to book ( I hope not a lot people see this review so there is a lot of availability for me!)
Negative: The parking - but not the host's fault. There is private parking in the building, and when I had a parking fiasco through my own fault, Moses immediately stepped in to help and even arranged to have a neighbor switch parking spots for almost 3 weeks to accomodate me. Who does that??? Apparently Moses. Parking in Tel Aviv is notoriously bad. The fact that this property has it's own spot is worth it's weight in gold.
