Fully equipped with brand new appliances, upscale furniture, and a gorgeous open terrace, facing the beautiful Mediterranean sea. When visiting us you will enjoy high standard facilities, including a pool, 2 gourmet restaurants, 24/7 security, underground parking lot with one parking space, easy beach access and a mini market.

The apartment: Spacious & sunny, 170 Sqm plus a huge sun balcony facing the sea . Large bright living room, plenty of sitting area, huge dining table for 10 people, and a 2nd dining table in the outdoors balcony, facing only sea . High standard kitchen fully equipped with appliances of the highest quality you can find. Half a room with a study.
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 w/c:
2 standard spacious bedrooms, with a double bed in one, and 2 single beds in the other (can be attached to a double bed). The 3rd room is a master bedroom with a double bed and its own private full bathroom. The 2nd bathroom is full as well. We can supply you with an extra folding single bed, a baby bed & baby toys.
Hot water 24/7, 4 LCD screens, cable TV in every room, air Conditioning throughout apartment.
The building: "Sea & sun" is a well known luxury complex located on the north beach of Tel Aviv, in a peaceful area, only minutes from Tel Aviv center or Hertzelia Pituach.
You will be supplied with a chip for a free use of our 2 swimming pools (outdoors & indoors) a fully equipped gym, and a sauna.
We also offer shops and many amenities which include a beauty salon, a grocery shop, a laundry shop (additional to the washing machine and the dryer in the apartment), 2 famous gourmet restaurants, and much more.
We invite you to step out straight onto the beautiful beach below, where you can find a great busily restaurant, beach chairs & umbrellas, and simply enjoy the good vibes and breeze.

Summary: The 6 of us stayed here including 2 kids. A great time was had by all. Accessible by taxi everywhere and buses were only a 15 minute walk away. Great stay!

Summary: Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay in Daniel’s apartment. The balcony overlooks the sea and the apartment is spacious and filled with light. The apartment is a little more worn than it appears in the photos but comfortable and lovely. Lastly, the apartment is 5 min from Herzeliah and with traffic takes about 30 min to drive to the city center of Tel Aviv. We would recommend this apartment!
