At Lae Nani #511, you will feel truly relaxed, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and listening to the soothing sound of the ocean’s waves breaking on the shore. The location of this three-bedroom suite is ideal, providing views of the ocean as well as gorgeous panoramic views of Lae Nani’s immaculate grounds and is literally just steps from the beach. The beach has something for the entire family, whether you want to boogie board, swim, snorkel, or just relax in the quiet waters protected by surrounding coral reefs. The lava rock protected pool area is ideal for families with small children. The condo is also only a short walk to the pool if you are looking to relax in a different environment and soak up sun on one of the many lounge chairs.
This large three bedroom, two-bath condo has been completely remodeled, and is professionally decorated. The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances making it ideal for preparing meals for family and friends. The dining room is furnished with a beautiful, large table, providing seating for six people. Additional stools at the kitchen bar add seating for the kids.
The living room is decorated with comfortable coastal furniture allowing you to relax and unwind. The sliding door off the living room provides easy access to your lanai; perfect for coffee or breakfast at sunrise, a peaceful setting for dinner, or a place to gather for cocktails at sunset. After an exciting day of exploring the island of Kauai, you will retire to comfortable sleeping quarters that will accommodate up to six people. The master bedroom offers a pillow-top king size bed and private lanai with views of the ocean, the first guest room also provides a pillow-top king size bed and the second guest room has two twin beds. There are two beautifully remodeled bathrooms, one in the master bedroom and the second for the two guest rooms with access for all guests from the main hallway. We can accommodate 6 people.
Flat screen HDTV’s are in each bedroom and as well as one in the living room. Overhead plantation fans are in each room providing added air circulation on top of the favorable Hawaiian trade winds that flow through the living spaces. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided and will be found in the hallway closet. There is free parking onsite and free WI-FI available. The Lae Nani property amenities include; a beautiful heated pool, overlooking the Wailua Bay, gas barbecues conveniently located on the grounds, a lighted tennis court, and resort laundry facilities.
Lae Nani is located on Kauai’s east side, just north of Lihue on the Coconut Coast. This ideal location provides the best starting point for your island adventures. Poipu is only approximately 30 minutes south, and you can reach the Princeville area in approximately 45 minutes.
Lae Nani does not have A/C. Typically the trade winds provide nice cool breezes through the units and ceiling fans assist. The louvers in the guest bedrooms can be opened along with the louvers in the ocean facing parts of the condo to allow for the flow of air.
Nearby activities include: Hiking, Golfing, Swimming, Snorkeling and Scuba Diving, Shopping and Dining, Kayaking, Paddle Boarding, Surfing and Helicopter Rides. Lae Nani is only eight short miles from Lihue Airport (LIH). Served by several airlines with easy connections to many mainland cities.

Summary: This is such a special property. It is perfect for a family with young children. The grassy grounds were great for playing among themselves and other families. Pond in front perfect for the young ones - being so close to the ocean was perfect. Also, the pool was delightful and being close to the Market Place with the fun shops and Awesome Farmer's Market!!

Summary: This property was everything that our family wanted and needed it to be on our family trip to Kauai. The unit was exactly as pictured, it was available when promised, was clean, and quiet. The grounds at Lae Nani are beautiful and this ground-level unit has great ocean views and gets a good ocean breeze. We had no issues with entry - everything was as we were told it would be. We could not have been happier with our contact and the property.

Summary: Excellent location. Close to hiking Sleeping Giant, biking the shoreline path to Donkey Beach, kayaking to Secret Falls, Lydgate Park and Lagoons and Smiths’ Luau. Also lots of shops, restaurants and sunrise viewing spots within short walking distance. The pool and gardens are well maintained. 511 has lots of interesting beach decor and is well equipped for indoor and outdoor activities. High chair and PacknPlay for little ones. We’d love to stay again.

Summary: This condo just might be the best one on the island. We obviously haven’t stayed in all of them, but we’ve stayed in quite a few and this one is the best!Great views, very comfortable, all the do-dads you need, and very friendly and helpful property manager. Especially well equipped for our kids. Lots of sand toys and boogie boards. Even small step stools so the littles could easily wash hands.We would highly recommend!

Summary: This is the 2nd time we've stayed in this particular unit, and it exceeds our expectations. It's beautiful, updated, FULLY stocked with everything you could need, and truly one of the best units in the complex. The views are incredible. The lanai feels private. The furniture is both gorgeous and comfortable. The property manager, Denise is so responsive & helpful. Walk around the corner to the Coconut Marketplace. Plenty of restaurants, grocery, & shops within a 5 minute drive. Central on the island to all of the adventures you want to have. Can't say enough good things and would readily stay here again should we have the opportunity to return.

Summary: This was the perfect place to stay with my husband and four children (ages 14-20). Fit all six of us comfortably and was the perfect location to walk to the pool, to the beach, and the marketplace—just a few minutes walk down the road. This condo in particular is nice because it’s tucked up away from anyone walking by the condo and the view is awesome! Checkin was simple and Denise was always quick to respond to any of our questions! If you’re looking for a place that has it all for your family memories….this is the place!!
