Positive: This is the perfect rental. I should leave it at that, but they deserve more. Checking in was flawless, all codes, no apps or keys, and everything worked flawlessly. The condo is in great shape, the beds are very comfortable, it is 22 steps to the pool gate and probably less to the beach. First floor opens to the courtyard and a wonderful view/stroll to the beach. You could moonwalk to the beach and it wouldn't feel awkward. The kitchen is very awesomely equipped. Absolutely perfect. The bathrooms are HUGE and very accommodating. At first I thought we didn't have enough towels, then I opened a cabinet, and voila, more towels! To top it off, you are across the street from Starbucks and Wailua Shave Ice, which is the best shave ice in all of Hawaii. The walking path in Kapaa is an underrated treasure as well, and guess what, it is in your backyard. The pool is awesome, the slides, the waterfall. As i said many words ago, this is the perfect rental.
Summary: This condo is absolute perfection. Great kitchen, great furniture, clean, great location. Perfect.

Positive: Resort was both gorgeous and convenient.
Negative: Privacy. Had a first floor unit and could see people walking around outside from the couch and they could see in. Need privacy curtains that let in light but not prying eyes.

Positive: The resort was absolutely beautiful. The location could not be more perfect. The unit is lovely clean and has everything that you could possibly need. Unfortunately, the air conditioning went out, and it took them quite a bit of time to repair.
