Positive: Gorgeous view, clean, spacious. All the comforts of home. Wonderful comfy beds. Loved the rooftop pool, an absolute oasis. Easy walk to the beach, bars, restaurants, and shopping.
Negative: Street noise. It was LOUD. If you’re a light sleeper or looking for peace and quiet this is not the property for you.
Summary: Gorgeous property, wonderful views, and a fabulous rooftop pool and bar, but the street noise can be frustrating.

Positive: Beautiful apartment, perfect view, location was great for us.
Negative: Everything was great with exception of the pool, that was still under construction when it was supposed to be finished, so that was a bit disappointing. But it ll be nice once all the construction stuff and workers are gone.

Negative: I didn’t appreciate having the nest thermostat overridden from my settings. I like to sleep at 68 degrees. The second night the thermostat was locked at 71. I booked a luxury premium unit to control my own temperature. Very disappointing for a nice place!

Positive: The location is amazing. The pool and pool area are just as seen in the pictures. You are within blocks of everything. The condo itself had a great ocean view and everything else you needed.
Negative: A second key would have been nice with 2 people staying.
