Mercer Island is only a 10-15 minute car ride away to Seattle and Bellevue via I-90 or transit. The peace and tranquility of this upscale residence will astound you. We are surrounded by hiking trails and have horses right next door, yet you can catch a bus at the end of the street to get to Seattle or walk just a short walk through our magical Pioneer Park to our local Starbucks... (Mercer Island has FIVE!) or sushi, subs and spas and groceries or banks.
Downtown Mercer Island has many upscale restaurants, two more grocers, bars and pharmacies, and just about anything you could possibly need during your stay, should you choose not to visit our wonderful "bigger" cities to the West and East of us.
Our home is all on one level, and on 1/3 of an acre. They don't call us the Emerald City for nothing and we have verdant views from every window of our home, and four patios to relax and or dine out on. Besides the horses next door, you will often see eagles and an occasional deer munching on our hostas.
While we have left some of our personal belongings, most closets, drawers and cabinets are empty for you to make yourselves feel at home. Our kitchen is fully stocked as we have the perfect entertaining space for cooking and guests.

Summary: My husband and I had an amazing vacation. The home is located in the perfect spot to access the highway going east or west. This is a very well stocked home. Very clean and homey. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The owners were wonderful and answered all our questions.

Summary: We had an amazing time on Mercer island. The home was a relaxing oasis away from the hustle of the city. We loved the gardens and huge windows all throughout the house to be able to see them. The kitchen is fantastic, and we made some fantastic meals.
