This brand new, luxurious 2 bedroom Penthouse Apartment was built in 2015, and consist of an en-suite off the master bedroom and a family bathroom. The internal living area is very spacious and is 105 sqm, and out door space consists of, first floor terrace and top floor roof terrace which are 140sqm of private space. The living area is designed as an open plan setting with a fitted and well equipment kitchen the apartment is both decorated and furnished to a superior standard with, a home from home feel in mind. It benefits from all mod cons and full air conditioning. It is well equipped with wireless and internet access 42 inch TV, with freeview channels from all over Europe and the US. Summary: We stayed here for 5 days and can say we thoroughly enjoyed staying at the property. It was very nice and clean , well kept with an ample spaced roof terrace. The Pools were clean and warm and the whole setting overlooking mountains and the sea made this a peaceful retreat. we shall be certainly revisiting in the near future. Jenni who owns the property is extremely helpful and went out of her way to accommodate us and made our stay pleasurable. See you soon Jenni. sid and surinder

Summary: We booked this beautiful modern 2 bedroom apartment for a 10 day family break in September.The apartment is clean modern and gorgeous inside, with a fabulous roof terrace, which we spent many hours sunbathing, playing cards and chilling out. Fantastic! The local beaches were really stunning, with many shops nearby, this was very handy as we needed a supermarket, for breakfast items, so we were pleased that it was only about 5 minutes away by car. The apartment was decorated with a lovely modern feel, and I loved the style of the furniture and decor, Everyone was pleased, that the penthouse was located on a brilliant resort, which has two pools and an inviting restaurant. The staff were welcoming and we received great service, along with good food. We had an amazing time, the apartment is very comfortable with everything we wanted. My family had a great stay, we have recommended the apartment to many friends and families, and hope to re-book and return to this beautiful penthouse soon. Thank you for everything.. C.H, from Kent

Summary: We arrived and the apartment was so clean and spotless. Flowers had been left and the apartment smelt so fresh Milk tea and coffee were left for us we had such a great time and looked forward to coming back to the apartment every evening The roof top terrace was fantastic and the views were amazing excellent location with just a short drive to the main town A real credit to the owner We are definitely coming back there next year

Summary: In May my partner and I stayed in the beautifully decorated bright and spacious apartment in Girne North Cyprus. It was pure bliss such peace tranquility with great views. Two balconies where you could bask in the sun in your own private leisure. The facilities modern clean beds very comfortable. Showers you did not want to leave. The pool side and restaurant bar was welcoming friendly and service impeccable. We are both fitness conscious and the site provided gym facilities and sauna room to relax and ease away the day. The location of the apartment was a 10 minute drive left or right to shops beaches hotels to serve your every need. We are planning on making this a regular yearly hotspot visit.

Summary: The apartment was very comfortable for our family of 6, but only as the children are small so they shared the second bedroom. There is a pull out sofa bed which we didnt use, but this wasnt practical with the childrens bed times.The apartment was set up for 2 children and 2 adults, this was disappointing as we booked as a family of 2 adults and 4 children. The master bedroom and ensuite were comfortable and well furnished. The family shower room shower hose was broken on arrival and reported but not fixed while we were there; this was disappointing. The resort is partially completed so there was building work going on all around us, it wasnt disruptive though and looks like it will be a lovely development when complete. The resort restaurant, called Waterfall, was lovely; the food and service there was better than most of the restaurants we went to. There are 2 pools, one larger than the other. Both very nice and good for children as not too deep. It is well positioned for easy access over north cyprus as it is just off the main coast rood. Kyrenia approx 20 mins drive. We fell in love with north cyrpus and will definitely return.

Summary: I would definitely stay here again and have already planned to go back later this year. The apartment comes equipped with everything you need. Everyone on the complex was really friendly, and the workers really looked after us, making us feel very welcome. They also have activities on in the evening from karaoke and bingo. I would recommend getting a car, it doesn't cost much but is needed as things are 5 - 10 minute drives away. There are numerous beaches around to go to and supermarkets not far from pine valley complex also a petrol station. The town centre is lovely! Definitely check out the harbour for lunch or even a boat ride. Staying in pine valley was perfect for us as you can go out to the hustle and bustle, but come back to peace and quite.
