Positive: We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! Everything was spotlessly clean and well-equipped, the bed was very comfortable, and the terrace was absolutely wonderful - perfect for relaxing. The owner was extremely friendly and welcoming. He even prepared some basic products for our arrival which was such a thoughtful gesture. He made sure everything was good throughout our stay. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality. The apartment definitely lives up to its rating, and we highly recommend both the place and the host. Positive: Kindness and professionalism of the host it’s 5stars! Each detail in the apartment was planned and has its purpose. The view was great as all settings in the house. Super clean, fresh, nicely renovated. The place has its soul and you could feel that it’s done with pleasure and fun.

Summary: The whole stay was great. The host greet up the first day and showed apartment. He was big help till the end of our stay

Positive: It's a gorgeous little apartment, super clean. Both the bed and the sofa bed are extremely comfortable. It was very quiet with no real noise from anyone in the building. It's 0ne of the safest buildings in Ostia (we've stayed in 6 others as we travel to Ostia monthly). It's byfar the best decorated, cleanest and most comfortable we've been in. The hosts are exceptionally nice and helpful. The terrace is amazing.
Negative: It was just a bit far from what we needed but if you travel for the sea it's perfect.
