Villa Beyaz Kelebek in Kisla is one of the area’s finest properties and lies directly on the sea front, with large outdoor areas. The position guarantees magnificent sea views, there is a large private pool with infinity taking full advantage of the view. There is a Jacuzzi at the upper terrace behind the Villa with magnificent view over the bay and Kalkan. A staircase with 150 steps leads you down to the sea platform and access to the sea, sometimes there are local fishermen there as well.
The villa sits just metres from the beach with steps and a pathway leading down from the house for beach access, with shops and supermarkets within few minutes’ walk whilst the busier old town centre of the resort is located around 1,5km away, for your evening meals and entertainment.
The villa is positioned on its own private plot, elevated slightly above the sea with a backdrop of pine and olive trees on the rear hillsides and a upper terrace. To the front of the villa, the gardens are mature, trees and flowering plants as they gently roll down towards the sea.
The main garden which is fenced off to the front and side, encompass a large huge flowing travertine terrace area that offers a private kidney shaped infinity swimming pool with submerged seating. Full sun lounging areas by the pool, all with the benefits of stunning panoramic views across the sea - your own little piece of heave in paradise.
The grounds are entered from the road at the rear, with gates opening to a sloping driveway which leads down behind the house, this is where you find the main entrance to the villa. Built on two floors, with a wonderful curved front facade, to give every room a perfect view over the sea and Kalkan Town.
The main entrance at the rear opens into a reception lobby area, which offers a guest cloakroom/WC, leading directly into a vast open-plan living area with the whole of the ground floor with cool veined marble flooring.
The differential areas of the living ground floor living space sit around the curvature of the villa, offering a fully fitted and very spacious modern kitchen at the far end. Next to the kitchen, sitting in the centre of the curved living area, you a have the internal dining area, with spacious and comfy lounge at the other end, featuring large comfy sofas and armchairs.
The front curve of the living area offers several sets of patio doors that open the areas up to the outdoor terraces, immediately shaded by a tiled roof, with the doors bringing the wonderful green nature and azure sea views into the home.
At the far end of the lounge you have a winding wooden staircase leading up to the first floor landing area, here you find 3 bedrooms, all sizeable double rooms with ceilings that slope down to the front, all with the privacy of fully tiled en-suite facilities, all bedrooms have doors opening out to good sized private sea facing balconies.

Kalkan is situated around 2 beautiful bays, Kalkan and Kalamar, located approximately 3-hours East of the modern city of Antalya and 80km West of the busy harbour town of Fethiye, therefore, visitors usually fly into the international airport of Dalaman for shorter transfer time to the resort.
Located in one of Kalkan's prestigious areas of Kisla, which sits to the left of Kalkan bay a little further down from Komurluk, home to some wonderful properties that sit rather close to the sea and with the areas most popular beach club also tucked away on this side of the bay.

Summary: Amazing sea front villa with everything for a luxurious stay in the wonderful Kalkan! Pool, jacuzzi and sea platform gave a range of options for swimming, relaxing and turtle watching! Bayez Kelebek is well equipped and looked after brilliantly by the housekeeping team. Communication with Hans was excellent! We had the most fantastic holiday and stayed in the best villa in town!😊

Summary: This villa is fabulous. The outside areas and gardens are stunning and beautifully maintained. The interior of the villa is thoughtfully and tastefully decorated, we have never stayed in a villa that has such a well-equipped kitchen! The location and views are lovely, and we particularly enjoyed getting the ferry over from the beach club to Kalkan in the evenings. The owner is very responsive and helpful and gave useful contacts for arranging our transfers and a private boat charter. We very much look forward to returning as soon as we can.

Summary: We certainly weren't disappointed with any aspect of this villa. The pictures don't do it justice, it is beautifully presented and has everything you could ask for. We hired a chef to cook one night and he agreed it had one of the best equipped kitchens he had ever cooked in. The cleaning and gardening were carried out efficiently and we were very pleased that the inside was cleaned twice and linens changed as this is something you don't often get on a weekly rental. Communication with the owners was great and the information provided was very detailed and covered everything we needed. No wonder this villa is booked up for weeks to come - it would be hard to top it - if you want a beautiful 3 bedroom villa, well equipped, with lush gardens and it's own dock by the water to relax on- this should be your number one choice

Summary: Everything about this villa is lovely. The view alone is breathtaking. We were extremely Impressed with the level of facilities within and around the villa. The hillside seating and dining area, and the direct access to the sea with private access just added to the beautiful pool area. This rates as the best villa we have stayed in on our several trips to Kalkan. Located at the very end of Kisla, the view across to Kalkan with the mountains behind is something that will stay with you always. Kalkan is easily accessible by taxi or water taxi with prices very low. With the people of Kalkan so warm and welcoming you will leave as a friend. Kalkan is our happy place, and Villa Beyaz Kelebek will not disappoint in any way. We feel so lucky to have managed to get our holiday to Kalkan this year, thank you Hans for the communication from you in the lead up. We had an excellent holiday, stay at this Villa and you will as well. Phil, Julie, Pete, Babs, Natalie and Ashley.

Summary: Lots of lovely features to explore. Its own private jetty to swim from. A good quality gas BBQ. Many different locates to take meals at including a nice high level terrace with cracking views. Large lounge with big screen TV. Views from the infinity pool across the bay to Kalkan harbour fantastic and just as good from the master bedroom lying in bed. Lots of private outdoor space and with quick and easy access to the Beach Club if you want it. Kalkan is pretty much a British resort but excellent selection of restaurants and a day out on one of the boats from the harbour is a must. We might even come back (something we never do as always like to try new places).

Summary: We have just returned from our stay at Villa Bayez and have to say pictures do not do it justice Everything about the villa is done to the highest standards and totally exceeded our expectations and gave us the most fantastic holiday anyone could wish for. It was our first time in Kalkan but won’t be our last as the resort itself is a hidden gem with a wide choice of restaurants which where all excellent Don’t just consider booking Villa Bayez Kelebek , just book it and it will be one of the best decisions you will make in a long time John

Summary: Beautiful Villa and location to match. Villa is a very high standard and cleaners and daily pool service kept it immaculate. Information left to us by Hans was very useful and Kalkan was a vibrant town with delicious places to choose from to eat and beautiful shops. One of our daughters is Vegetarian and she was spoilt for choice. The Kalkan Beach Park Staff were helpful and the Water Taxi was very convenient to hop on to visit the town. Would also recommend the water sports activities in Kalkan - very professional. This is a magical place and everything was faultless and ticked all the boxes and we would highly recommend. Summary: stayed for 2 weeks 5th to 19th aug. the villa is absolutely amazing and the sea views are spectacular with easy access to swimming in deep water. Cleaning was done twice a week with linen and towel change and garden and pool area done every day by two very competent people. Seda the caretaker was at hand for any problems that may arise. If there was anything I would change it would be the proximity to the beach club which is located directly underneath and could be noisy during the day, but wouldn't stop me going back there. Loved it!!!

Summary: Villas don’t get much more stylish and luxurious than this! The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped and the views from the living areas and all of the bedroom’s balconies are stunning. For us us it was also perfected located, minutes walk from various beach clubs and the ferry to central Kalkan. Taxis are very cheap to pop out for dinner too. The infinity pool was a highlight, as were the beautiful gardens and additional mountainside, eating/drinking/sunbathing platform. If you’re looking at staying in Kalkan, I can’t imsgine you’ll find much better!

Summary: Villa Beyaz was just grand! As aesthetically appealing as it is well equipped and functional. Clean and lovingly attended. Private, yet with stunning panoramic vistas over the Kalkan bay and the epic mountains and direct access to the sea via stairs from the villa. Both the villa itself and the property are spacious. Skilfully planned, with a wide selection of nice, sunny or shaded, hang out spots. Our favourite was the upper terrace. A second dining area on the lush and green hillside. The view from there even more spectacular. If you seek beauty and comfort we can highly recommend a stay at Villa Beyaz.
