Summary: From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome. The goodie bag on arrival was such a thoughtful touch, packed full of treats that we really appreciated.The hot tub was a definite highlight—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Damian was fantastic, so friendly and informative, ensuring we had everything we needed for a great stay. Feeding the animals was such a fun and unique experience, adding a special touch to the visit.Overall, it was a brilliant experience, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

Summary: Exceeded expectation, great location as a retreat but also only easy to use as a base when wanting to visit Edinburgh and other surrounding attractions. Beautiful farm.

Summary: Me and my partner had an amazing stay in the Hawthorn Pod. My partner loved that their was a tablet on the wall which could control everything from light colour to heating ha! Everything was immaculate and the pod included everything we needed. Their was even a shed with a washing machine and dryer to use if needed and had an assortment of board games in too. The hot tub was lovely but unfortunately we didn't use it much with me being pregnant and it was too cold for me to sit out for long at the side. The farm is great to walk around and the animals are so friendly. Their is an honesty shop which is great too, we bought a meal for our tea one night and I stupidly forgot to pack our toothbrushes so luckily they were also in the shop! We briefly met Damien who was lovely and really cares for his visitors. We would definitely like to stay again in the future and we will be recommending it to everyone. Thank you everyone at Airhouses for an amazing stay :)

Summary: The pod is perfect for a couple (in our case, with a small dog, too) to explore the Borders. Barbecue, firepit, and they've upgraded the wifi since our last stay, so streaming the football on iPlayer on the smart TV in the pod was stutter free. The farm is great - despite being a fully fledged adult, my partner couldn't wait to break out the carrot batons for the goats, sheep, ponies, donkeys, and alpacas each morning. It'd be brilliant if you have kids! Hot tubs at each pod and cabin are great - really well looked after. And the folks onsite are really the best - couldn't do enough to make sure that you were comfortable and settled in. The recent addition of the popup cafe on Saturday mornings was a lovely treat, too! We're now trying to coordinate some dates for another trip next year with them and their kids, and we'll stay in one of the cabins there. Would highly recommend. Even the weather was great - we had a little rain, but nothing that spoiled the trip.

Summary: We had another wonderful stay at Airhouses and this time we stayed in the Hawthorn pod. Really comfortable, fabulous surroundings and very peaceful. Also had a spa treatment which was so relaxing and there was a hot tub !!.....happy days. Very reluctant to leave and hope to be back in the future. Thank you to all the team

Summary: This was our 2nd stay with Airhouses at the Hawthorn Pod, & it was absolutely fabulous! The Pods are well maintained, spotless & have everything you could need for a relaxing stay! From the BBQ to sun loungers & of course the hot tub, it really was perfect . We will no doubt be back again!

Summary: everything perfect, will be going back. Had the most friendliest cat ever and all the animals where there own lil personalities, only teeny complaint would be having oil for frying as we boiled a breakfast pack, made for a funny memory though. I think if I just asked the staff they'd of gave me some for the pod so isn't really a complaint as all. LOVED IT

Summary: Our stay at the Hawthorn Pod was great. The accommodation was brilliant, had everything we needed for our stay and the little welcome bag was a nice touch. The place was spotless, warm, had good WiFi connection, and Damian was on hand if we needed anything. The location was peaceful which is what we were after and the hot tub was fantastic. We will be back and would highly recommend.

Summary: We had a fabulous time in the Hawthorn Pod! Was absolutely spotless and had everything you would need and more! Very hi-tech and really a joy to stay in. It ticked all the boxes. Very peaceful and relaxing. Staff were super friendly and nothing was a bother. Would definitely recommend and will return.

Summary: We stayed in the Hawthorn Pod over New Year. Yes, it is compact, it is a Pod. What makes it so special is that it is beautifully appointed and feels luxurious. The clever heating system ensured that even though there was snow outside we were at a constant 22 degrees inside. We were so cosy that we had to turn the heating down. We would highly recommend
