Positive: We stayed in the penthouse. I travelled with my sons, 17 and 21. They were speechless by the beauty of the penthouse, it's views, their private rooms and bathrooms ans balconies. They loved having room service and enjoyed the restaurant too. I also loved the magnificent balconies and views.
Negative: The penthouse had no paper towels, napkins or pots or pans. It seem the penthouse was vacant for a while because some things were dusty, like handrails. My teenage son dusted without my prompting. I have long hair and lots of it. I only received 1 small bottle of shampoo in the master suite, and no conditioner. We wanted to watch tv, but everything was in Spanish. We only understand basic Spanish and English captioning was not avaliable. Room service never brought napkins otherwise it was good. The rooster started cooing at 3 am. There was also a barking dog. My ear plugs saved me. Good thing I brought some.

Positive: Breakfast was good, a bit crowded depending on the time of the morning but the staff did their best to meet the need. The room was spacious and clean and more than we expected. The pictures didn't do it justice.
Negative: Some of the coffee bar options were not available as part of the included breakfast such as milk alternatives for allergies (oat milk/almond milk) but that was an additional fee.
