Summary: Living in Cabo San Lucas for ten years, my partner and I decided to take a trip to Salchi for a change of scenery and some peaceful alone time. The house we stayed in had a great layout, allowing us to fully appreciate the beautiful views and unwind. The beach was just a few steps away and pleasantly uncrowded. We also enjoyed daily meals at the nearby Casa Mauna Restaurant, which offered a fabulous menu for us as vegetarians. During our stay, we experienced a hot spell with little to no breeze after 7 PM, making the living area quite warm. However, when there was a breeze, it wasn't an issue. Despite this, we would definitely choose to book this place again.

Summary: We had a great stay. Mario was helpful for whatever we needed, the place was stocked with everything to make our stay easy (kitchen, pool, beach), the property is well kept, comfortable furniture/beds, easy walk to the beach for sun, swimming ect. We had a cook for lunch and dinners most nights. Only downside is the distance from town (45min to 1h), so as long as you’re stocked up and not needing to go far, this place is a relaxing slice of heaven.

Summary: The house was built with exquisite taste, with lighting and colors that provide a warm atmosphere. The access to the beach is easy and the pool is overlooking the ocean. A true gem.

Summary: This house was perfect for us. We felt like we landed in our own personal paradise. The seemless indoor to outdoor living space was so comfortable and felt like simple luxury with the open spaces, beautifully crafted lounging areas, and ever-enchanting view of the Pacific. The pool is amazing. We could see the Milky Way during our night swims! Mario, the property manager was so helpful and gave us great advice. Also, he was so patient and friendly with all our questions and wonderings about the area. We had an unforgettable and oh so relaxing vacation in Salchi!

Summary: We will 100% rent here again. The place was beautiful! Very spacious and well done. Huge bedrooms.....every bedroom has a nice bathroom and shower. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Good quality pots and pans and lots of glasses /cutlery. I also loved there is a water cooler so we never run out of fresh cold water. The weber bbq was a huge plus! The outdoor space and pool was absolutely perfect! Mario kept it wonderfully sparkling clean all week. He also took great care of us with driving us where we wanted and getting us whatever we asked for! He was great 😊(also speaks very good English which was a plus) The beach was huge and beautiful and we basically had it to ourselves! Just a quick walk down the steps to your (almost private) beach. Trish and Terry the homeowners were absolutely fabulous. Easy to get ahold of. Answered all of our questions. Were very easy going with a later check out which we appreciated. Just great people to deal with 😊 We felt very lucky and grateful to rent such a perfect place! This place deserves more than 5 stars!!!!! 😁 Chris and Karla Blum

Summary: The villa and setting far exceeded our expectations and provided a perfect retreat for relaxation, with every needed amenity. The Property Manager, Mario, met us at the airport and took care of anything we needed -- he was terrific. Depending on the time of year, and amount of rain, the dirt roads to the villa can be challenging, so we recommend a jeep. With the two local hotel restaurants only open on weekends in off-season, the only restaurants were in La Crucecita, about a forty minute drive, but it is a hub of activity and local entertainment. What we loved best, was the beautiful infinity pool and ocean view. Trish and Terry did everything possible to ensure the success of our fabulous vacation.

Summary: To get to Salchi where the house is located takes some work as the roads are in bad shape ( we rented a Jeep) but once in the house is worth it . The people are very friendly in the neighborhood . We were able to get fresh fish , lobsters fresh from local fisherman . The owner terie has a ground keeper ( Mario) that can get anything for you . The owner tricia is good to work with and provides a lot help to organize your visit. This location is a bit far from the city , Huatulco , so you need to be use to drive around Mexico . It is a great house and place.

Summary: Trish and Terry are wonderful hosts and ensure that we had a fantastic time. Beautiful location on a private and extremely clean beach. Able to see whales migrating from the house level. Lovely and secure residential area out of town but close enough to hit Crucecita and the bahias. Plenty of room for our family of eight with children ages 5 to 11. The Manta Raya hotel has excellent food and is within walking distance, and Trish can arrange for a deliciously prepared home cooked meal at super reasonable prices.

Summary: Trish is the absolute perfect hostess, everything was wonderful. A house that feels like home and leaves you needing nothing. It was everything we expected and more. Having Manataraya down at the beach was the icing on the cake for me as I did not have to cook any meals and the food is very good. Reto and his staff do a wonderful job. If you do decide to cook all or any of your meals, the kitchen has everything you might need. We have rented many homes in North America and Europe and this house is the best equipped, comfortable and clean house we have rented with friendly, helpful neighbors close by.
