4 Bedroom Villa in English Harbour

This luxury villa, built summer 2017, offers perhaps the finest view of the English Harbour and the historic Nelson's Dockyard, a Unesco World Heritage site. Contemporary, well designed and offering all home comforts, Villa Teegs, provides an excellent location within walking distance of the vibrant facilities of English Harbour, including bars, restaurants, shops, museums and sailing clubs. Amazing Caribbean beaches at Galleon Bay and Pigeon Beach are close by.
Guests love the spectacular views, losing hours watching harbour life from the deck whilst enjoying a holiday with those they love and the benefit all home comforts.
It is arranged over two floors with all four bedrooms enjoying superb sea views from which to watch the bustling marine activity in this world renowned harbour. The grand central staircase opens to a stunning great room and kitchen with panoramic sliding doors opening to the covered outdoor seating/dining large sun deck and infinity edge pool. The house has fibre broadband connectivity and USB chargers in all rooms.
All bedrooms have views over the harbour and are air-conditioned with two arranged as independent suites offering en-suite bathrooms and separate dressing rooms. The remaining two bedrooms share a generously sized bathroom. All fixtures and fittings are of the highest quality throughout.
The kitchen is equipped with double ovens, microwave and induction hob. Two fridges and a wine cooler will keep you refreshed whilst entertaining or maybe preparing a feast on the outdoor grill. A separate laundry room with washing machine and drier plus outdoor drying area keeps the main room ready to host guests at any time!
The spectacular hillside location does result in a number of steps externally and as a consequence the villa is not suited to persons with mobility problems or those with young children under 12.
Please note that although the villa has four generous bedrooms, guest numbers are restricted to 6 to provide more space and choice of bedrooms.
The Antiguan government now require tourism tax of US $5 per person per night to be paid for all guests over 6 years of age which will be added manually to the total cost of stay.

Summary: The house is absolutely beautiful with a stunning view. Spotlessly clean and 5 / 10 minutes walk to Nelson’s harbour and the restaurants at the main harbour. Pidgeon beach is a 15/20 minute walk away and Galleon beach is 5 mins in a car. Great communication with Debbie during our stay and Charmaine (housekeeper) made sure we were very comfortable.

Summary: This house is spectacular - clean, great location, and the views are incredible. We got to see fireworks over the bay on NYE but it was also a delight to sit by the pool and watch the boats come and go. Debbie, the owner, made sure we had everything we needed and Charmaine, the property manager, stayed late when our flight was delayed to be sure we were settled. We had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen most nights and it was only a short drive to several attractions and stunning beaches. Driveway is a bit tricky with a van, but doable. Overall a very comfortable house in a gorgeous location.

Summary: We have had a fantastic stay at Villa Teegs. The beautiful villa, the pool, the location - the poolside view overlooking English Harbour is wonderful! From Charmaine's lovely welcome to the very quick response from Debbie when needed on very minor issues, I don't think anything could be improved upon. Highly recommended.

Summary: Gorgeous brand new villa with incredible amenities. The owner was so welcoming and helpful. The harbor view was extraordinary! The location was extremely convenient walking distance to restaurants and the harbor. We loved our stay there and highly recommend!

Summary: We spent three weeks at this property. It has the most fantastic views and a position that cannot be bettered. The villa is extremely well equipped and beautifully furnished to a high standard. Charmaine, the housekeeper, is a real gem. Supermarkets and a wide range of restaurants are all within walking distance. We would have no hesitation in booking this property again when we next visit the island.

Summary: As first time visitors to Antigua, the house was a perfect base to explore the island, and to relax afterwards. The views over English Harbour and Nelson's Dockyard are really as good as the pictures suggest, and hours were be lost lounging in the pool, watching the boats and wildlife. Debbie and the local team were super helpful in making our holiday a wonderful experience. It's a beautiful house on a beautiful island, we hope to return to both.
