Discover Los Angeles in this luxurious Villa with private salted swimming pool located above Sunset Strip among Hollywood Stars, 5 minutes away from prestigious Hotels, restaurants and shopping as well as 2 minutes walk to panoramic Mulholland Drive and Fryman Canyon Park with Rain Forest hiking trails.
This one story 2700 square feet (270 square meters) Villa was completely remodeled in 2009 with Bulthaup kitchen, German appliances 12 feet high( 4 meters) ceilings, decorated with eclectic mix of highend Italian and Asian furniture as well as Art collection. The Villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath, with extra large living room, library, open kitchen and dinning room 'Loft Style', with huge sliding doors opening to the pool, sun deck and garden with fully grown California plants.
There are all necessary amenities for modern living with Fire Place, Central Air, WIFI Wireless Internet service, 2 Satellite TV, free local phone calls, out door Barbecue, JAMBOX audio system to listen to your own music.
Enjoy drinks while relaxing on sun deck with Richard Shultz furniture, watching children playing in the pool.
The Villa comes with pool man, gardner and housekeeper, once a week.

Summary: We have rented vacation homes for over 25 years and all over the world. Quite simply, this home, its amenities, location and helpful yet unobtrusive owner make it one of the best vacation rental experiences we have had. This property has a nearly perfect location for anyone seeking both elusive privacy and proximity to L.A.'s hottest locales. From the moment you enter this richly appointed and art-filled modern California hideaway, literally tucked into the hills above Sunset, you know you've arrived at someplace special. It's not until you experience a day enjoying the privacy of the pool and zen-inspired outside garden area followed by dinner at Pace, Bouchon, Fig & Olive or one of the many nearby destination restaurants or clubs that you realize just how special. We enjoyed the full spectrum of offerings from a quick and delicious breakfast at Cheebo's to lunch among the glitterati at Chateau Marmont and dinner at fabulous Nobu. Also, don't forget, you are nestled among the historic homes of Laurel Canyon...reading online about the lush history of the surrounding homes and your "neighbors" while there enriches the experience. During our stay we had both busy days away from the house and days we did not leave. The variety of experience one can have nearby and yet the feeling of home that this location provides is really quite unique. When in the house or out in the pool/garden area you are afforded absolute privacy and tranquility. Head down the hill and experience all that West Hollywood and Beverly Hills have to offer. The owner takes great pride in what she has assembled here and offers her guests every amenity and convenience as well as local tips upon your arrival. While remaining available via phone or text if you have questions or comments she importantly respects your privacy and does not intrude upon you during your stay...a perfect combination in our experience. One final note: we'd ask, selfishly yet respectfully, that you treat it as your own and take good care of it as we are looking forward to our return. Even though there are many places to choose from, and we like variety, this is a place worthy of return and we plan on doing so soon.

Summary: We stayed in this property for 6 weeks during the Summer whilst my husband worked in L.A. There was my husband and I and our two children. We loved the property, and being so open plan meant that I could always keep an eye on our children. The best thing about it was that it didn't feel like a rental property. There was beautiful artwork everywhere, as well as book and plants, and even the crockery in the kitchen was lovely and felt like I had picked it myself. Every room had a wonderful view and the property as a whole was filled with an abundance of natural light. The landlord was nothing but helpful from the moment we made contact. The location was perfect as you have easy access to all areas from there. I would highly recommend this property and we are planning on returning next Summer.

Summary: FABULOUS house! New, modern, open and spacious. Designer done with lots of amazing pieces of art and top of the line appliances. The house was clean and spotless. The owner was very accommodating, helping me with finding a limo service and a cleaning lady. I will definitely go back and refer it to all my friends..
