This very spacious luxury villa will comfortably accommodate 10 guests. This is a private, fully equipped home and has a large terrace featuring both dining and lounge areas with BBQ. This balcony has 180 degree open views over mountain, sea, Gibraltar and Africa on a clear day. Driveway parking for 6 cars. Downstairs is a pool table with fridge for cold drinks and a convenient pool changing room. There is a table-tennis table with bats and balls provided. Gardens and terraces around the house. Good size heated pool with sun loungers, garden chairs and side tables. Additionally, there is a lovely Gazebo with comfortable sofa and chairs. Lovely beaches within 5 min drive including Cabopino and Nikki beach by the Don Carlos hotel. This is a no smoking villa with plenty of outdoor areas for smokers.

Summary: We have just returned from a 7 day break at this fabulous villa. The communication from Cliff the owner at the beginning was excellent and when we arrived Pam who looks after the property was there to meet us when we arrived. Pam was brilliant from the time we arrived showing us how everything worked and was always at the end of the line any time we needed her. She was a lovely friendly woman and a great asset to the villa . The villa itself was outstanding . It stood in a cul de sac in a quiet resident area with views overlooking beautiful scenic countryside with the sea in the background . We would sit for hours on the lovely veranda soaking in the views . The pool area is lovely and has lots of lovely areas to sit and relax or play pool and table tennis which we all played . The villa itself has everything you could possibly want . Each bedroom had its own en suite bar one which had a bathroom opposite anyway so felt like it’s own en-suite . All the beds were lovely and comfortable and cool with the air conditioning. The kitchen was full to the brim with with everything you could need with myriads of pots, utensils and glasses along with a huge bowl of fruit , milk and prosecco left To welcome us . The cupboard was filled with games galore from cards, scrabble , you name it to keep you entertained. You do need a car to get around as Cliff informed me but it’s not far to lovely little restaurants and bars and supermarkets. We loved this villa and can’t wait to return.

Summary: Our first time on the Costa del Sol, so we appreciated the ease of use of this property, in a central location near Marbella between Elveria and Cabopino, well positioned among volumes of fine restaurants and tapas spots, golf courses and beaches in a quiet, lovely location, with great views all the way to Gibralter. Of course, we had perfect weather for 2 solid weeks, so what can go wrong? Nothing really. Great pool, 5 comfortable bed rooms, most ensuite.

Summary: We had a fantastic week at this gorgeous villa. It's in a stunning location with sweeping sea views and is set in a beautifully maintained garden with a large pool. The best feature is the large terrace where you can eat while watching the stunning sunsets. The terrace also has a big gas barbeque and large sofa and is close to the kitchen for bringing food in and out. There are steps leading from it directly to the garden and pool so it feels connected to the outside space too. The bedrooms are all big and very comfortable - not all are pictured but they are all very good. In fact, the photos don't quite do the villa justice as we felt it was even better than we expected from the listing. Our family all enjoyed the pool, table tennis and pool table and visiting the local beaches and beach restaurants, which are only about 10 mins away. Only slight drawback is you can't really avoid using the busy A7 road to go anywhere locally, but that's far away from the house so doesn't disturb the very peaceful setting in Las Chapas. Cliff the owner is very helpful and has plenty of tips and recommendations of things to do. All in all, thoroughly recommended and we'd love to go again.

Summary: This is a modern villa with the most wonderful views out to the med. About a ten minute drive from Marbella the house sits in an upmarket neighbourhood. The house is modern, very well equipped and furnished. Great heated pool although sadly biblical rain limited it’s use. We still had a good time.

Summary: Our family of 9 stayed in the villa in April 2022 and had a lovely time. The villa is ideally located in a quiet residential area with easy access to the A7 and located between Marbella and Fuengirola. The villa is on a lovely plot that is very private and not overlooked at all. The villa itself is grand with large rooms and lovely bedrooms and bathrooms. The garden and pool area are very safe and the pool is fantastic. We would definitely recommend this villa and will hopefully be staying in again soon.

Summary: This place is top notch for any family or group up to 8/10. The uninterrupted views over the bay of Marbella (on clear days one can see the African coast and Gibraltar as well) are absolutely stunning. Green palmgarden, heated pool, billiards/table tennis, full equipped kitchen, spacious dining and living and very quiet neighborhood (dead end street). Location is very central: 3 min away from supermarket/bakery. 6 minutes away from beaches (eg. nikki beach) and restaurants. 12 min. away from Marbella down town and 15 min. from Puerto Banus. 30 min. from Malaga airport. Just enjoy it!

Summary: What a fantastic place to stay for a family holiday of 3 generations! Stunning views, luxurious property, spacious even with 10 of us staying there. My parents booked for our first holiday with grandarents, parents and grandchildren altogether. A great time was had by all! My dad communicated with owner and said he was really helpful, welcoming and polite. The heated pool was a big hit with all of us and the youngsters loved the pool table. A panoramic seating area in the evening following a bbq was my favourite spot with a glass of vino!! Can't praise this property enough....

Summary: WOW, Your amazing villa made the holiday, it is perfect and am seriously jealous!! I was a bit worried when I initially used owner direct for the first time. However, after I contacted the owner I realised I needn't have bother worrying, the whole experience was faultless. The facilities at the villa are amazing. We must have been in the pool 4 times a day, the kids loved every moment and considering we were out and about a lot, everyone just wanted to get back to the villa and spend time enjoying all what it had to offer. The villa really is a lovely slice of luxury in unbelievable surroundings but felt very homely/relaxing. The location is a short car ride to all the popular locations/beaches. The view was exceptional and after the kids went to bed we chilled out every evening with A glass of Vino whilst taking in amazing panoramic view of the Mediterranean. Literally couldn't fault anything. I lost at pool/ table tennis most days but that was the only negative! Will definitely book again in the future.

Summary: The Villa is in a quiet situation, with nice gardens and peaceful surroundings. It is very comfortable, beautifully fitted out, well furnished and equipped, and with room and space for all the family. (We were 10). Table tennis and snooker were good family activities, as was the heated pool ,though 21C temperature was a bit too low. The location was excellent as you could walk to the local Supercor, which is open till very late, and the beach at Puerto Cabopino was nearby, with plenty of room for kids to play, and restaurants etc for the adults. We would definitely recommend this villa for a perfect family holiday. Our thanks to Cliff, and to Pam and John ,who helped make our stay so comfortable and enjoyable.
