Waterfront bungalow home off Las Olas Fort Lauderdale blocks from restaurants & shopping. 1 mile walk to the beach. Beautiful Key West style home with top of the line furnishings and amenities. Spend the day watching boats pass by while on your private 50 foot dock or enjoy the day in your back yard pool. Bring your own watercraft toys and keep them high and dry on your own personal launch floating dock. (Up to 3 Jet Ski, WaveRunner and PWC can be kept on the floating dock)
The property includes outdoor cameras for security purposes (Front entrance, front porch, side gate, back porch, backyard, dock) and NoiseAware sound level monitoring system.
Guests assume full responsibility for their use of kayaks, bicycles, paddle boards, pool toys, pool equipment, docks, dock ladders, boats, personal water craft and any other amenities provided. It is important to note that swimming in the pools or any water within or near the premises is also done at your own risk.
Other Things to Note:
Driveway can fit up to 3 cars. Cars parked on the street will be towed.
We have scheduled weekly maintenance workers e.g. Pest control, lawn care, pool maintenance and A/C maintenance that may need access to the yard. They will not disturb you or interrupt your stay in any way.
Please be aware that we regularly apply insecticide to the premises to control bugs and insects. Nevertheless, if you happen to encounter any small bugs, please remember that Florida has a sub-tropical climate. To minimize the likelihood of this, kindly ensure that all doors remain closed.
The Neighborhood:
Due to Broward County ordinances, we can NOT allow any street parking due to this property being a vacation rental. There is also a noise ordinance in effect starting at 10pm every night, so please remember to remain respectful of all our neighbors after this time.

Summary: We had a terrible interaction with owner. Called to request check-in information and asked lack of recent reviews - was told I was absurd and weird for asking for reassurance. Upon arrival after dark - no lights on,no house instructions, trash overflowing, 24 towels stuffed in dryer (had to re-wash several bc visibly dirty), crumbles in corners of floors, master sheets had long brown hairs and makeup stains on pillows, house needs some maintenance for sure. We were exceptionally disappointed and felt uncomfortable during our entire stay.

Summary: Four forty something women enjoyed a wonderful stay for 3 nights. There was a bed available for all of us, very comfortable, and clean. The kitchen was very nice. The pool was very refreshing and sitting on the dock was very calming. The location is perfect. We were able to walk in one direction 1.5 miles to Las Olas Beach and 1-2 miles in the other direction for dining/drinks, river walk, etc Highly recommend!

Summary: The property is very clean and well maintained. The location is close to all the action, but quiet on a peaceful canal. Christian, the host, was immediately responsive to any questions or concerns, and was a pleasure to deal with. The only recommendation our group had is to provide some floaty pool noodles. But we loved our stay and felt really fortunate to find this perfect place!

Summary: This house was perfect for our stay. It was close to everything we needed (beach, nightlife of Los Olas). It comfortably fit seven men and the pool and dock were ideal for just hanging out with a beer. Christian was extremely responsive. We had an issue with the Wi-Fi the first night (neighborhood outage) and Christian was quick to fix the problem and go out of his way to make it up to us. Overall, five stars!

Summary: We utilized this space for a bachelorette weekend, and it was the perfect escape. The house was clean and spacious, and the backyard lent itself to a private relaxing stay. Not to mention the close proximity to Las Olas which was perfect for us when bouncing back and forth to the house. The beds were super comfortable, and the shared space was cozy and quaint for hanging out or playing games to escape the poor weather conditions.

Summary: The house was exactly as it appeared online. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was really nice. The back screened in area and dock were great too. There is a slight odor to the property but not bad. Just an older home on the water. The canal was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful as well as the property. We had everything we needed and had a great time. The pool was relaxing and wonderful and we enjoyed sitting on the dock and hanging out. Loved the outdoor bed for nighttime hanging out. The area is perfect and close to everything from shopping to restaurants to the beach. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful getaway.

Summary: The property was perfect! And had everything two families may need! The pool was the perfect size and the kids loved it! A little walk to enjoy las olas Blvd and a little longer walk to enjoy the beach. Overall loved our stay! Plenty of room for two families!
