Positive: We really liked the position on the estate, even if we didn't have an uninterrupted view of the straits; the secluded balcony and patio outside the bedroom at the rear, and meant we had both morning and afternoon sun. The well kept grounds with wildlife also impressed. The interior of the house was well kept, clean and fresh, with all the kitchen amenities we could need - even ice cubes in the freezer! Nothing was tatty or mismatched, and the extra treats like shortbread, milk and Tassimo coffee and hot chocolate pods were a lovely touch. We were there for our son's graduation, but found Y Felinheli to be a great spot...walks on your doorstep along the coastal path, great pub and food at the Garddfon Inn, as well as Swellies cafe on the marina. And of course Machlud Yns provided an excellent base for all our excursions over the few days we were there.
Negative: Nothing not to like, although we had noted that the visitors before us complained of damp beds and bedrooms. We did not find this to be the case, and think they didn't spot the electric blanket on the bed in the back main bedroom, which we switched on mainly for my husband's bad back. However I did note that there wasn't an electric blanket in the front bedroom. Also maybe they didn't open the patio doors to air out the rooms.

Positive: Absolutely wonderful place to stay just outside of Bangor. It was easy to tour Bangor, Anglesey, Mount Snowdon and the surrounding region. The holiday home was impeccably clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommended.

Positive: Very bright and clean and well equipped. Liked the kitchen and the veranda.
Negative: The sofa was very difficult to get out of as you sank into it. Also there was a wasps nest at the dormer window and some wasps were trying to get into the living area.

Positive: Lovely location by the harbour.. Very well kitted out and clean. Comfortable beds. Easy parking.
Negative: I hadn’t realised the bedrooms are on the ground floor, with 1 bathroom, the living area/kitchen is on 2nd floor and the 2nd bathroom is on the 3rd floor, accessed by spiral staircase in the lounge. I think this should be noted in the description.

Positive: The key was in the location as stated very easy access. House was beautiful and very well equipped. Loved all the wildlife around and it was so peaceful. There was only 2 of us so had plenty of room.
Negative: After a few days the sun went and as we were sleeping downstairs it needed some heating ( just to take the chill off when showering and changing) there was no instructions to turn it on. Other than that everything was great
