WEDDING AND EVENT INFORMATION;
We get asked all the time about events and weddings. Yes we can host weddings and other events with a few restrictions in terms of noise, how many people, etc. Just ask us and note the fees we charge are completely separate from the VRBO / HomeAway / Expedia bookings fees.
GENERAL INFORMATION;
***We keep our fees very low. We charge a flat $100 cleaning fee and that is all so there are no surprises when you go to pay for your booking! The only other fees you will see is the VRBO/HomeAway booking fee which they charge keep and local taxes as required by law. We offer 5% off for stays of 7 days or longer and 10% off monthly stays.
***We have an awesome Trip Planner Document that is given to each guest that contains great tips on everything from; where to eat and drink to the best beaches and nature parks and everything in between. Most guests find that document to be invaluable.
***Please note we do not accept any pets, emotional, support or therapy animals due to extreme allergies/health related issues in our family.
WHO WE ARE AS HOSTS;
We have been VRBO/HomeAway Premier Hosts since 2016 and have many thousands of 5 star reviews for our 20+ properties in multiple locations. We always respond to any guests concerns immediately, that's why we are Premier Hosts - LOL.
LOCATION;
We are located in Jupiter, Florida in a fantastic and convenient location. We are in the middle of a nature oasis and yet just a 15-20 minute drive to all the best beaches and less than a 10 minute drive to the Jupiter commercial district filled with bars, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, etc.
PROPERTY OVERVIEW;
Our property is 10.36 acres of pure unspoiled nature that completely surrounds our privately owned 5 acre lake with depths up to 40 feet full of Largemouth Bass, Tilapia, Brim, Crappies, Florida Gar, Asian Grass Carp, all kinds of turtles, otters and lots of water birds. Please see our photos with the aerial image showing the entire property and house location. Lakeside Eden is located on the south east side of the property providing for heavenly sunsets nightly and has its own private entrance and down a 1600 foot long driveway leading to the back of the property. The property grounds are professionally landscaped with many different kinds of palm trees, flowering bushes, Royal Poinciana Trees, Oak Trees and Cypress Trees. There are large swaths of grassy areas for the kids to play and run around as well. It is an extraordinary property and truly one of a kind rental experience.
HOUSE OVERVIEW;
The air conditioned one level house is 1500 square feet with 2 large bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms, one being the master en-suite. It has a full kitchen, living room, a covered screen porch, 2 open open decks, a Tiki hut and a man-made beach. It was born from an architectural concept of a Tropical Modernism vision using an Australian Bauhaus design that was meant to capture the clean lines of a modern home all while bringing nature into the living space. That was accomplished by having 50% of all the wall space be in glass along with ceilings that rise to 12 feet facing the lake. It is very similar to many of the smaller, yet high end homes found in Miami Beach, Bali and Sydney. The interior space has beige wooden plank tile floors throughout accompanied by pure white walls. The open concept design is wide open with tons of natural light to make for a very welcoming interior space. The views from inside the home of the lake are out of this world providing a feeling of being on cruise ship over the water. The decor is simple, sleek and very colorful to add a blast of color to the white walls. Overall it's a very unique and high end experience.
MASTER BEDROOM AND EN-SUITE;
The master bedroom has a king bed with an incredibly comfy high end mattress and all wood commanding bed frame. There are two nightstands and lots of windows and a slider for epic lake views while lying in bed. You can access your own private deck from the master slider which has two Adirondack chairs. There is a large sliding barn door custom walk in closet to store all your stuff conveniently out of the way. The bath master en-suite bath has a rain shower head and sunken walk in shower. Like every aspect of the home the bathroom is fabulous with custom tile work and seamless glass doors. There are waterfall faucets, raised vessel his and hers sinks and a window with garden views. There is also a bathroom privacy closet with a toilet and shelving for storage.
GUEST BEDROOM;
The guest bedroom has a full bathroom right across the hall from it's doorway so it is almost like an en-suite for that bedroom. There two large windows with lovely garden views of coconut palms and deep thick forest in the distance. It also has a king bed and like the master, the mattress and bed are excellent quality. There is a good size closet for storage as well as a long side table at the foot of the bed.
KITCHEN / LIVING ROOM;
The kitchen and living room areas are combined into one large open concept space perfect for having everyone together. The kitchen is good size with a huge 8 foot center island quartz counter top for dining with 4 bar stools and has everything you need for cooking. Like everyone of of our rentals worldwide we supply the kitchen with copious amount of cookware and kitchen gadgets for all the tools you need to prepare just about anything. There is a high end front control full stove with oven, dishwasher and microwave along with a full size counter depth fridge, coffee machine, toaster, blender, etc. All appliances are stainless steel. There is a washer and dryer room just off the kitchen. The kitchen has superb garden and lake views. The living room is the center piece of the house and provides the most stunning lake views. It is all glass on 2 sides and the water views and garden views will amaze you. Here you will find a large flat screen 65" wall mounted Smart TV with 180 built in channels and also equipped with ROKU so you can access your own Prime and Netflix accounts, etc. We have board games, cards, reading materials and free Wi-Fi. The couch is large and comfy and 91" wide and can seat 3-4 people. The couch has two side tables on each end. There is a really fun adult size bean bag which is a big hit with the guests. We have a queen blow up mattress for the floor in the living room if needed to sleep two more people for a total of 6 people max. There is a 450 sq. ft. open to the sun deck off the living room great for sun tanning and relaxing, along with a park style charcoal grille. The exterior deck actually extends out over the lake with water lights underneath where you can see fish, otters, turtles and all sorts of birds all day long. Don't worry we have a covered Tiki hut and covered screen porch if the sun gets to be too much!
SCREEN PORCH / TIKI HUT;
Another really great feature of the house is the large fully enclosed screened porch off the kitchen which is terrific for al-fresco dining. There is a large dining table in the porch that can seat 6 people comfortably along with a ceiling fan and exterior lighting and outlets to charge cell phones, etc. The property has resort style walkways leading to the Tiki Hut which has a full living room set of furniture for chilling in style and comfort. There is a fire pit on the manmade beach in front of the tiki hut.
OUR NEIGHBORHOOD;
We live in what's known as an agricultural residential neighborhood. Our road is just under one mile long and ends in a cul-de-sac so it is very quiet and peaceful. There are 23 properties ranging in size from the smallest being 6 acres up to around 25 acres. It is a great area for taking a morning walk as many of our guests do. You will see cows, horses, goats, sheep, chickens and yes some of our neighbors have Kangaroos, Zebras, Giant Land Tortoises, Camels, Monkeys, Lemurs, etc. You never know what you will see!
OWNER'S POOL;
The incredible owner's pool is our own pool across the lake at our house. Guests may use that pool on Sundays from 12:00pm - 4:00pm. We are happy to share our pool with our guests, but also need to preserve our own privacy as we are sure you can understand. It is a stunning tropical oasis lagoon waterfall pool overlooking the lake.

It is home to some of America’s finest beaches, bars and restaurants, golfing, fishing both salt and fresh, great snorkeling and diving, superb surfing and tons of parks and natural areas. Overall Jupiter is a very safe friendly place and one of the most beautiful and affluent beach towns in America with residents such as; Michael Jordan, Tiger Woods, Kid Rock, Wayne Gretzky, Serena Williams, Celine Dion and Joe Namath to name just a few.

SECURITY CAMERAS;
We have only exterior security cameras that do not face the house and of course no cameras inside the home for your privacy. We also have security cameras over at the main house where the pool is located and we have one camera facing the pool area which is to monitor our weekly pool cleaning service.
