Positive: Fantastic location and view. Lovely windows in lounge that opened fully to enjoy the scenery. Within easy walking distance of high street.
Negative: Would be handy to know there is no toilet on main living floor (floor plan would be fantastic). Quite difficult to keep the carpet clean on ground floor when accessing the property - especially when sandy!
Summary: Fantastic location. Great property and very responsive owners.

Positive: We had a very relaxing stay at this beautiful property. So convenient for the beach. Super clean, beautifully equipped and maintained and beds were fantastic. Highly recommend and would stay again for sure.

Positive: Location of the property was great literally 10 seconds from the beach. Living room/Kitchen on middle floor had fantastic views. Top floor bedroom was great with en-suite, (we didn’t use this floor though) as there was only 2 of us.
Negative: We received the rules on arrival only to be told that dogs were only allowed in the ground floor lobby area. Not great when you’re sitting upstairs for the evening. Our dog is already a nervous animal and she was stressed being away from us to the point that we left a day early. This rule needs to be clearly advertised before you book not after when you’ve already paid or don’t advertise the property as dog friendly. The ground floor bedroom should not have carpet as its patio doors lead directly to the outside and beach and is also a public walkway that’s used a lot.
Summary: Would not stay here again due to the dog rules as this house is not dog friendly

Positive: The location is exceptional, bathrooms are spacious with large showers and quality finishes, upstairs bedroom has a huge bathroom and lovely views, while downstairs bedroom is very spacious. The living area and kitchen on middle floor is simply and stylishly furnished to give a feeling of space and show off the star of the show - the view!! The kitchen is very well equipped. It is spotlessly clean and well maintained. Loved the keyless entry so no need to be sharing a key if going separate ways. Finally, the fact we could take our dog was the icing on the cake.
Negative: I loved everything, but a suggestion rather than complaint…. There is carpet on the floor immediately inside the front door. After a walk on the beach in winter, the doormat outside was wet and full of sand, so it’s hard to remove sand before entering. We took our shoes off inside anyway, but even if you stomped yr shoes on path outside you couldn’t help carrying sand inside onto the carpet. My other suggestion for such a well appointed property would be some larger bath towels.

Positive: We had a last minute, one night stay here midweek in February and I’m so glad we chose this place! Easy to find, love the keyless entry. Parking was easy right outside but I guess this was down to it being February and not busy, however there is a big free car park right behind if needed in the summer months. Downstairs is a beautiful big bedroom with patio doors leading to the dunes and beach. Unfortunately for us a little too cold to have open! But I imagine perfect in the summer especially to let the kids loose on the beach! Also a lovely decorated bathroom with shower. Upstairs the view from the kitchen, diner and living room was amazing - even though it was a bit grey and murky, I still spent most of my time sitting looking out of the Juliette balcony watching the sea. Kitchen well equipped with all you’d need. A small room with bunk beds leads off the kitchen, perfect for little ones. On the top floor the view was even better, waking up, opening the curtains and windows slightly ajar and laying in bed looking at the sea view was such a lovely, relaxing feeling. Overall we loved our brief stay and would love to come back! Absolutely recommend to anyone, it’s very much worth it! 😊

Positive: Location amazing ,beach access and view we were there during off peak season , would still go during summer months as extremely comfortable, clean and relaxing accommodation, loved the Christmas tree ( as there in December)
Negative: Personal preference upstairs has no door / screen to the bathroom , so lighting issue if someone sleeping .
Summary: Fantastic escape by the beach , modern new facilities comfortable home touches.
