Summary: Our group was 3 different families. 2 couples and one family of 4. We all had our own space which was wonderful. The property managers were very responsive to all our questions and needs. There is a great beach club (25/day) 1 minute down the hill if you don’t want to rent chairs and umbrellas. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: The home was everything the listing shows and then some. The road to the house is pretty steep and takes a bit of nerve to get there, but once you do, you’ll enjoy it.

Summary: Beautiful and well appointed home! Lots of time by the pool and exploring beaches in Coco, Hermosa, Ocotal, Matapalo! Glad we had a diesel to get up the hill to the house. That is quite a road!! A great two weeks with friends

Summary: We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Casa Magnificent, and would highly recommend it. The house was exactly as described and seen in the pictures; the check in process was easy and quick; and the views from this house meant we didn’t want to leave. Each bedroom was perfect, and with an en suite, which was great for us. We absolutely loved the layout of the home, and how the views were accesible from all but one bedroom. Internet was fast and reliable, and accesible throughout the entire property. The only small issue we had was with the water pressure, which isn’t very high. That said, it’s not easy to pump water all the way up to this house, so it’s a small tradeoff for the incredible views. We’d stay at this house again. Enjoy!

Summary: The house is unbelievable. It is exactly as the pictures show. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen is very well equipped, and the views from the balcony are nothing short of amazing. The Management team are very quick to reply to any requests. If we ever go back to Playa Coco, it's already been decide we're staying at Casa Magnificent. Thank you for making our stay so amazing.

Summary: This property did not disappoint! Beautiful property, very well appointed and spectacular up at view. We had a rental car and it was definitely needed given the long and steep road up to the house. That was no problem for us and we absolutely loved our stay!
