The personal residence comes with a full front ocean view patio, living room, kitchen and toilet, middle floor also has a ocean facing balcony for the spacious master and second bedroom with 2 bathrooms, open terrace rooftop come with jacuzzi and panoramic views.
Sunset Hills Condominium Community is nestled on the side of a mountain facing the ocean.
The oxygen rich environment produces lush greenery, exotic fruits and is very refreshing. Playa Del COCO is know for its element rich sand, rejuvenating ocean water and fresh air. This valley is filled with vitamin and mineral rich fruits and vegetables that are easily obtained at the markets. It is a luxurious private gated community with security. This is a relaxed atmosphere neighborhood with multiple full time residents. You can fully relax in our community during your stay. We are located close town that has many attractions, beach front cafes, restaurants, bars, a local shopping courtyard.
We can help arrange Private Fishing Tours, Explore the coastline boating tours and more. We are close to LIR Liberia Airport, the ocean and Mountain top hot springs and so multiple other destinations. Our staff will be happy to help you directly with any questions or guidance. Get ready to have the experience of a lifetime and to enjoy our piece of paradise on the coastline of Costa Rica!
Guests have access to the entire community. This includes multiple walking paths, lounging stations with loungers, six pools with jacuzzis and showers, private water well with the drinkable water and their personal three level home with rooftop. Your condo has two separate rooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a large spacious living room and kitchen. This condo comes with three patios on all floors where you can relax, eat, read or just enjoy the view and fresh air.
The apartment includes four beds:
- Master bedroom: queen size bed.
- Second bedroom: full size bed and sofa bed full size.
- First floor (living room): sofa bed twin size.
Guests have close access and a path for walking to town, the beach and supermarkets.
If you do have a personal vehicle we also provide a private parking spot with security.
If you have booking for a long term in any season ,WEEKLY cleaning of the apartment for FREE.
DEAR GUESTS, PLEASE NOTE!
Since Costa Rica is such an economically "Green Energy" conscious country, in order to minimize and conserve energy consumption, PLEASE turn off all lights and air conditioning units when you not in the Condo.Also, the weather is hot here and can be overheating of electrical appliances. Our condo is equipped everything necessary for a comfortable stay.
We provide kitchen utensils, furniture , cutlery, bed linen, towels, personal hygiene products , cleaning products etc. We purchase what is available locally and make sure our products meet all requirements and quality standards of Costa Rica. We hope you understand that we try to provide the best quality, but standards in Costa Rica may differ from the country where you live. We ask that you please understand this difference and take it into your account when you write the review. You are welcome to bring your personal hygiene items and dietary items which you are accustomed too.
We very carefully monitor the condition of electrical appliances and equipment in our apartments. This is especially true for A/C and fans in hot climate; revision, cleaning, professional maintenance, etc. is carried out weekly. Unfortunately, local providers do not always provide detailed operating instructions for some electrical appliances and upon check-in we always ask our guests to immediately report any difficulties in use to avoid inconvenience. We are always in touch and happy to help our guests at any time of the day.

Summary: Property is situated just minutes from the beach on a hill that gives great views. We loved everything that was within walking distance from the Condo: beach, restaurants, groceries, excursions, etc. The beach was exceptional with relatively few people on it at any time of the day. The pools within the condo complex were well maintained and clean and there was always space to relax around the pools. Our favourite part was the roof top patio - we had sunshine, sunsets, and star gazing. Ilya was a very responsive host.

Summary: Our stay was above and beyond expectations! We were met at the taxi by Ilya. He took us to the condo and showed us around. Then took us on a walk around the property. A few days later he sent a text making sure we were happy and all was well. The condo is very well kept has everything you could want. Ilya takes great pride in his property and I cannot imagine anyone being disappointed with their stay. Upon leaving Ilya came to say goodbye and welcomed us back anytime. You everything was ok. Summary: What are great first experience for our family in Costa Rica! The apartment was spotless and spacious. The view was gorgeous. No detail was forgotten to make sure our stay was comfortable. Ilya was amazing. His communication was very thorough and he sent us tons of recommendations for our stay. Our only regret was that we weren't staying longer!!

Summary: Nice place with amazing sunset views. Host Ilya was over the top accommodating and super helpful with suggestions of places to visit and helping us feel welcome. AC in master bedroom just barely was able to cool the room, needs maintenance or an upgrade. Pool was great.

Summary: We spent only 2 nights here at this wonderful condo which is about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The condo is in a well secured complex built in Italian style with over 8? pools to choose from. The condo itself has every amenity you would need - cable/streaming tv, 3 floors with a roof deck and hot tub overlooking the beach and town, and a downstairs outdoor patio and upstairs porch. Plenty of AC and fans to keep us cool. We were just 2, but the condo would easily sleep 2 couples or a family of 4 and have plenty of privacy. We loved to go up to the roof deck in the evening and check out the stars and revel in the cool breezes or watch the sunset. We also loved cooling off in the pools (Bring a covered cup for beverages). There are restaurants 5 minutes away and a beautiful beach with promenade that has lovely beach front restaurants. The best thing about the property though was the host, who was so amazingly attentive to our every need and bent over backward to make our check in and out easy, and gave us fantastic suggestions on activities and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again when we visit again - absolutely great value for the comfort and proximity and amenities and service.

Summary: This rental is lovely. Squeaky clean. Nice decor. Comfortable beds. Loaded with everything you may need for a laidback vacation. The rooftop patio is a great place for stargazing and looking at the beautiful scenery.The host is quick to respond and provides excellent recommendations for places and activities. Our family had a wonderful time and hopes to return someday.
