Experience Costa Rica is Casa de la Cascada – house of falling water because of the pool waterfall and fountain at the Portico. This gorgeous 6000 sq ft Mediterranean style home is located within the gated community of Ladera Del Mar.

Comfortable Elegance only begins to describe this spectacular villa. The elegant Tommy Bahama decor and furniture lets you know you're vacationing in luxury - and why not - you deserve it! If the feeling of the ocean breeze is what you desire, pour yourself a drink and step out on the patio to enjoy the infinity pool and pacific view or go down to the lower patio area and relax. Here you can barbecue and enjoy the sounds of the cascading waterfall.

The living and dining areas have 24' tall ceilings and the room completely opens to the outside (sliding doors disappear into the walls) where in Costa Rica you can live both in and outdoors in comfort.

The kitchen is fully equipped and features stainless appliances and granite. Casa de la Cascada offers 4 bedrooms with Pacific Ocean views, and 2 bedrooms with mountain and valley views. All bedrooms provide the ultimate privacy with separate bathrooms of the finest of Costa Rican woodwork, granite, and tile.

Our villa is near the small beach village of Coco and Hermosa which offers lots of shopping, lots of grocery stores, and plenty of restaurants. It is 25 minutes from the Liberia International Airport.

Summary: Spectacular house and view! We had a group of 8 adults and there was plenty of room for us. It was so nice to have a bedroom and bathroom for each person and couple.

Summary: This home was stunning! Very clean and incredibly comfortable. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding areas during the day then had the pleasure of returning to this beautiful home in the evening to rest. Watching the sunset in the infinity pool was amazing! Summary: Great vacation! We were worried about the wind, but the way the house is laid out, it was not a problem at all. Beds were comfy, kitchen well stocked and the location was amazing. We will be back!

Summary: Great floor plan. 4 of the 6 bedrooms were like master suites with large bathrooms, each with a view of the pacific. On a cool night the large living room doors can retract into the walls making for the perfect view. The owner was very responsive to my questions. Thank you Brad

Summary: We rented Brad's home for our family of 13 on our recent trip to Costa Rica (July 2017). Driving up the "stay to the left" steep driveway, we were astounded by the beautiful front of the house but once we opened the front door...WOW! Well appointed, exquisitely furnished and immensely spacious...and that's just the front room (kitchen and family room)! The jewel of the house is the infinity pool that overlooks Playas del Coco...truly a breathtaking view. ALL of the rooms were well kept and clean...amenities included gas grill in the backyard, well done kitchen (with stainless appliances), large TV, washer/dryer, and AC control for each room. The house is no more than 10 minutes from the main area of Playas del Coco where you can find supermarkets, all kinds of restaurants, excursions and souvenir shops....gas stations are within 2 miles of the house. I would recommend Brad's upscale home to anyone who asks...the kids in my family asked, "can we live here forever"...nicely done Brad! Pura Vida!!!!

Summary: We brought a group of 12 to this home to celebrate a birthday and engagement. This was the first time in Costa Rica and it was fantastic! The house was beyond beautiful with a wonderfully comfortable feel. The rooms were appropriate in size and all 12 of us had plenty of space. Our concierge, Guss, was great to work with. We could not have found a better place to celebrate my fiancés birthday and our engagement. Looking forward to returning again!

Summary: I can't tell you enough how much we appreciate the opportunity to stay in this home. Everyone had a wonderful time. The layout, amenities, view and staff were the best. Your cleaning staff came twice at our request and did a beautiful job of especially cleaning the outside that would be a mess after the daily storm. Edgar was very attentive and took care of everything we needed. Our favorite is your new chef Sandra and her boyfriend Alex!! Sandra met my husband and I Friday before at the Hilton and we together designed a menu that was in our budget and suitable for our group, both with small kids, a vegetarian and the rest meat eating adults of all ages. Her cooking is first class with appetizers and dessert, and a drink of a different type each time, like a special juice or virgin mojito. She and Alex became our friends, and on the last day we were there, Sandra drove with us to zip line Congo Trail (first time for her zip lining) and then took us to a beach that we would never have found otherwise, Playa Danta. All this while cooking breakfast and dinner for 11 people the same day. I will always recommend your home as long as you own it!!
