Summary: This home is terrific. Great sun filled kitchen with everything a good cook needs. Lots of space in the living room and dining room and a wonderful set of balconies overlooking a terrific view of the city and mountains. Bedroom set up perfect for families and adults. I loved the location-close to downtown Magnolia and downtown Seattle. I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Alex and Jose are great hosts. We had a little communication breakdown at the beginning but they handled it very quickly. This is a great location. The neighborhood is beautiful. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the spectacular views.

Summary: I checked out so many properties before I chose this home and I couldn’t be any happier with my choice. Alex and Jose were amazing hosts and so quick to respond when contacted. The house is amazingly comfortable, clean, spacious and in a great location. I would say look no further than this property when visiting Seattle…you will not be disappointed.

Summary: 3 of us spent our annual Girl Trip at Magnolia and enjoyed everything about it. Location was great for us and facilities were very nice. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the upper balcony at night and enjoying the Seattle lights and skyline. Place was very clean and well stocked for our needs. Would definitely rebook and recommend this facility to others.

Summary: The house was a wonderful place to stay before our cruise. We were able to easily get an Uber ride from there to any place in Seattle. Great views from the upstairs balconies. The host were quick to respond to any needs. We had. It was nice to do laundry before the cruise. We also have coffee available every morning. I gave the neighborhood a four only because there are no eating places that are within an easy walking distance. However, we would stay there again for sure.

Summary: Such a great property! So many amenities!!!! Location was perfect, 15 min from everywhere but tucked in a quiet neighborhood with a view of so much. The kitchen had better cookware than my own home. Very clean property. Playground 1/4 block away was a hit with our 4 yr old. Beds were very comfortable and bedding was very nice and clean. TVs were easy to use, bathrooms were plentiful and very well stocked. Kitchen was well stocked too, even syrup for pancakes! 1st floor was pretty cool with AC, 3rd floor warmer with windows/proximity to roof. But still very comfortable. Parking was easy. Grocery store 5 min away. We enjoyed sights downtown as well as discovery park and a wedding in Ballard. Very nicely equipped home in a great location with very responsive owners. 5 Stars!!!!!

Summary: Roomy and comfortable for 5 of us (3 generations) in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Beautifully decorated. Welcoming hosts and quick responses. Sunny in the morning. Short drive to restaurants for takeout and to activities. Driveway didn't fit our minivan, but street parking was easy. Would definitely stay again if we return to Seattle!
