Summary: Home was the perfect place to stay and plenty of room to park a boat. The location was just minutes from the lake and minutes from town. Spotless clean, updated everything, and great AC on several 90 plus degree days.

Summary: This was the perfect set up for our family lake weekend stay. Shelby was so accommodating and quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. The house was clean and inviting. Will definitely book again if we come back.

Summary: Peaceful setting just outside of town yet close for dining and area attractions. Clean and well kept. Comfortable for our family of 5 adults 4 young kids. The host is very responsive and communicates quickly though we did not need to reach out during our stay. Would not hesitate to stay again if in the area.

Summary: The Magnolia House is a beautiful place to stay. Perfect location for peace and quiet as well as tons of attractions. The house is equipped with a beautiful kitchen, lovelt bed rooms and a cozy outdoor sitting area. Both my parents and children loved the stay.

Summary: If you are looking for a vacation home around Lake City, KY then this is a great place to stay. Rooms were clean and nicely maintained. It has some fantastic view from the front porch. The host Shelby was very accommodative and responsive. She used to provide responses to all the queries quickly. I would definitely recommend to stay in this place.
