Summary: The rooms were adequate for our stay. Our AC didn't seem to be working as good as it should for high cool and fan on high. Beds were ok but definitely not that comfortable but thats to be expected. Nothing beats you own bed! Overall the stay was great! Definitely would stay again as long as the rooms can be cooler! We bought a fan while there to help cool the room and move some air around.

Summary: What a great hotel! The rooms are a good size, the beds are comfortable and the staff was fantastic. We had a huge delay flying in and I had to call to let them know we would be arriving really late (5am in the morning) and you got to speak to an actual person at the front desk, not a computer or a call center. It was great! The gentleman that helped us was so friendly and helpful, just a breath of fresh air after the day we had. It’s super close to everything, I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Pool and hot are always a hit with the family, but it doesn’t open until 9 am which is a bummer if you want to access the hot tub after an early morning hike or walk. I was also disappointed the fitness center opens at 6 am. This is too late to suit my needs. Area recommendations, Hell’s Kitchen pizza and mausam for Indian food. Overall, the stay was pleasant and staff friendly, but I found the amenities hours too limiting. Easy walk to neighborhood park.

Summary: My family of 4 stayed here for one night between our visits to the Royal Gorge and Garden of the Gods. Manitou Springs mostly seems to have independent hotels vs. chains, many of which seem run down (or just vintagey-kitschy?), but this hotel is probably as good as it gets. Room was spacious and clean, pool was great for my kids, and breakfast was serviceable. We also appreciated the proximity to downtown Manitou Springs, which is kind of a hippie town with funky shops and restaurants. No complaints!
