Positive: Staff was so helpful and friendly! Food was delicious and generous. Prices were higher than expected, especially for alcohol but it aligns with everywhere in tourist areas of Belize.

Positive: This is a relaxing place to stay for a day or two. You can hang out down on the river itself or up at the deck with a nice view from above. The food from the hotel restaurant is surprisingly good and affordably priced. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Negative: Location is outside of town, so you'll need to take a taxi into town (10 minutes or so) if you want to go for dinner, shop, etc. I don't think Uber is available there either. Depending on your room, you may need to climb up a couple flights of stairs to get to it.

Positive: The staff and facilities were amazing. Each person was professional, helpful, and courteous. The location was close enough to San Ignacio for a quick taxi ride but far enough away to be very relaxing.

Negative: We weren’t that comfortable in our bed. Personal preference for sure but we found it too soft and giving.
