Positive: Excellent and very kind staff.
Negative: Take note that the little lake and view is no longer as depicted on the photos as Mai Chau is changing quickly. The hotel is situated next to the main road and lots of buildings are being erected around it.

Positive: Very comfortable room, although close to main road no significant road noise. Lovely setting at edge of town with immediate access for cycle or walking in fields behind. Staff very helpful and food good value for hotel facilities. Ample breakfast included too. They offer excursions but we did not try due to lack of time. Hotel arranged transfer to airport which was perfect.

Positive: Room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location. Cooking class and cycling tour was amazing. Loi is an amazing tour guide
Negative: Fishing no longer an option which was disappointing as I confirmed prior to booking only a month before and was the reason I booked this accommodation which was expensive in comparison to other similar properties. Not enough hot water for two consecutive short showers.

Positive: The walkability of being on the main strip. The amenities like the included sauna and steam room. Delicious breakfast. Great activity tips. We asked about hiking and they sent us to a very cool cave which was only 500m to the trailhead from the hotel. Ended up being a big highlight of our whole Vietnam trip.

Summary: A peaceful stay that allowed us to be further immersed in the culture and nature of Vietnam.

Positive: Great hotel close to beautiful to Mai Chau Valley. Great rooms and restaurant on-site. The service level is very high. Especially the hotel manager Ms. Nhi is fantastic. She and her team will do anything to make your stay the best it can be.
