Positive: This is a charming accommodation with three bedrooms. Good for a family or a group. The air conditioner in each bed room and in the common space was much appreciated as it was very hot when we were there.
Negative: This was not an issue for us, but the apartment is on four levels with steep spiral stairs, so you have to be able to manage them.

Positive: The location was excellent, an easy walk to all the major sights and - very important! - close to a good bakery and the great food market of Les Halles. Bedrooms were comfortable, the ac and wifi worked well, and the kitchen was well-equipped. We enjoyed sharing a few meals on the terrasse. We also appreciated the washer and drying rack. There was one issue upon check-in, but Dominique replied quickly and resolved it.
Negative: One should know that you mount one level to reach the kitchen/dining area, then another for the first bedroom and its large bath, then a third for the other two bedrooms and their shared bath. This is typical of older buildings, but was a problem for one member of our party,

Positive: Great location, just a short walk from Les Halles market. We had everything we needed for our stay, and it was such a nice surprise to receive a welcome gift when we arrived. There were plenty of plates, cutlery, and all the essentials for some simple cooking. Plus, each room had its own AC, which was a huge bonus during the summer!!
Negative: If you're traveling with a big suitcase, just a heads-up—it can be a bit of a workout since the house has four floors and no elevator, so you'll be using the stairs all the time. Probably not the best fit for elderly folks or anyone with mobility issues. Also, the water pressure in the bathroom wasn’t great when I stayed—the water flow was pretty weak.

Positive: It is not often travelers get to stay in a centuries' old house that has been modernized to 21st century standards. My friends and I thought staying in this historic home was very cool! The layout of the townhouse is typical for the city, four floors including the ground floor. Located on the second floor along with the living room, the kitchen is well-stocked and modern, complete with a microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Guests can easily take their breakfasts here or cook a few dinners. Accommodating six guests, the three bedrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors with a full bathroom on each. (We loved having the convenience of 2 bathrooms!) The WiFi works well as does the television in the living room. On the ground floor, you will find the entry and laundry room. Even though none of us reads French well, we were able to understand the directions to do a few loads of laundry. The location is perfect- a 15 minutes' or less walk away from the main attractions and several wonderful restaurants. We were easily able to park in nearby Place Pie for a fee and enjoyed having afternoon gin and tonics just across the street in the square. The owners quickly responded to a couple of our queries for which we were grateful. Overall, my friends and I highly recommend staying at this townhouse.

Positive: A wonderful flat right in the center of Avignon. The stairs were the only difficulty with the flat. They’d be nothing for people with mobility issues. However, they gave the flat its nice classical charm. We had a wonderful time in Avignon which was only made better with this flat. 10/10 — Would book again.

Positive: Our family stayed at La TOUR d'AVIGNON for 2 nights in August. Host was prompt in his communication, helpful with local tour recommendation and allowed us a late checkout to match our train schedule. The 3-bedroom apartment is in a 4-storey building in Old Town Avignon, 15-minutes’ walk to Palais des Papes. The buildings nearby are old, but this one looks newly renovated. It is located on a quiet, narrow one-way street (typical Europe). There are many restaurants within a few minutes’ walk. We felt safe in this neighbourhood. Ground floor has a spacious foyer for spreading out our suitcases and a large laundry room with washing machine, sink, storage cabinets, clothes drying rack, and cleaning tools. First floor has a well-equipped kitchen with access to a small outdoor terrace; and living room/dining area. The dining table is only big enough for 4 people; it wasn’t an issue for us as we went out for meals everyday. One family member who couldn’t handle the stairs slept on the sofa – it’s not a sofabed but it’s big and comfortable enough. Second floor has one bedroom with a double bed, and a huge bathroom with double sinks, toilet, bathtub and a walk-in shower. Third floor (top floor) has another bathroom with toilet, sink and shower, and 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds. The whole place was very clean and well equipped with linens, towels and bathroom supplies. Lots of nice modern artwork on the walls. Air conditioning worked great in the middle of summer. There are only stairs in the building (no elevator). The stairs are curved, and the steps are not even, making it a little tricky. After a few times, we got used to it. For people who can’t handle stairs, especially since the bedrooms are on the top two floors, this is unfortunately not the right apartment for them. Otherwise, I would recommend this as a home away from home in Avignon.
Negative: The stairs for the elderly and guests with mobility issue. For us, it wasn't too much of a concern.
Summary: Amazing spacious accommodation if you don’t mind the stairs

Positive: Great location in the Old Town. 5mins walk from Les Halles, 10-15mins walk to everything including the free parking at P+R Italiens (there is also a shuttle bus that takes 5-10mins and stops close to the apartment). Apartment had spacious 3 rooms, fully stocked kitchen, washer, iron etc. overall easy and perfect.
Negative: Did not realise that it’s multi storey apartment. It’s an heritage property so it’s beautiful redone but stairs are it’s old style (ie. it’s slightly above average step height). The living room & kitchen is on the 1st floor (ie. 1 floor above ground). one bedroom and toilet is on the 2nd floor and final 2 Bedrooms and 1 toilet on the 3rd floor. We were a family (with 23kg luggages) so we just brought up the luggage to the living room on the first floor - would not have been feasible to bring up a further 2 floors. Keep in mind. Would say this is the only down side.
Summary: Great location, host was really kind, new & clean apartments. Be mindful there are stairs.
