Positive: Very friendly and helpful owner. Really nice and well equipped apartment, with private bathroom. Really great location for disneyland visit (15 min via car). Tasty French breakfast, witch special addons for children.

Negative: I was a bit surprised that the exit from the room is directly to the owner's living room, but as a accomodation for for Disneyland visit is not an issue, as actually you only sleep and eat breakfast there. Really tiny TV in a room.
