Positive: The host was very friendly and kind. She did everything possible to help us to enjoy our stay. It was great that we were able to park our car in the garden. It was no problem staying there with a pet (small dog). Nearby Moret-sur-Loing is a lovely old town.
Negative: The house is close to the railway line, but that did not disturb us at all, as the windows keep out almost all the noise.
Summary: It was a very pleasant and peaceful place to stay, but just a short train journey from Paris

Positive: The property is newly and very tastefully decorated. It is quite spacious and sleeps up to 5 people. A roomy downstairs with kitchen, living room, bathroom and toilet. An upstair with 2 large bedrooms (3 and 2). As the weather was quite cold we appreciated the efficient heating. It came on fast and powerful. The window insulation is quite good, so the proximity of the railway line was no problem at all.
Negative: The stairs from ground to first floor are very steep with narrow steps. Not advisable for visitors with mobility impediments, particularly with bedrooms upstairs and toilet downstairs. The toilet is rather small. At the time of our visit the WIFI was not up yet. Not the fault of our host. The service provider is in delay with putting the lines in.
Summary: Lovely property. Very spacious, however not advisable for visitors with a mobility impediment.
