We provide everything you need - all cookware, dishes, linens, soaps (dish, laundry, bath), basic cleaning supplies, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, aluminum foil, sandwich bags, etc. There is a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washer and dryer. There is cable TV, phone, and WiFi. There's a BBQ grill on the deck with chairs and a picnic table and patio table with umbrellas on the lawn. There is new carpet (Jan. 2021) and new sectional in living room (March 2021).

Summary: The home is in a great location, close to everything. Its small, but just enough for the 3 of us. The only bad thing i can say about the house is the musty smell. Noticed it every time we can back from our excursions.

Summary: This house is located within ten minutes of Bar Harbor /Acadia. It is well equipped with all you need for a week long stay. It was very clean when we arrived and provided all you need to maintain that. Checkin and check out was easy. Although we didn’t need it communication with the owner was available . We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Janice‘s house was exactly as described. It is a very good location to get to the hiking trails on the busy and the quiet side of Acadia. We had plenty of room for the two of us and our two dogs. The kitchen is well stocked and there are plenty of fans and the living room and two of the bedrooms have some kind of AC system on the wall. It was perfect to keep the place comfortable. We already booked our time for next year.
