Summary: The house was very clean and well kept. It was in a quiet location and was easy to get anywhere on the island. We would stay here again.

Summary: We loved our stay in in Janice's lovely cottage. It is even nicer than described. It also has a small private deck , of which don't believe is in the description. The cottage is very roomy and immediately feels like home .It's very convenient to Bar Harbor and most Acadia entrances. There is a great brewery that has tasty BBQ about one mile away. Also a cute market and a good pizza shop close by.I can't wait to come back!!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this comfortable and spacious property. A lot of thought has gone into providing all of the things you need to make your stay convenient. I was especially happy with the variety and quality of the kitchen equipment. It made cooking easy. Note that our stay was 5 weeks, and we could have been happy to stay longer. The location is convenient, and there is a great pizza place very close by.

Summary: This was our second time staying in Janice's house. It is spacious, clean and comfortable, and Janice is a great host. The location is perfect for getting to the Hulls Cove Visitor Center for hiking and Bar Harbor for shopping and dining. I hope we'll be able to return for a third visit!

Summary: We just spent a wonderful week at this property. As other reviewers have noted, the house is very spacious, clean and comfortable. Even more important, its location is ideal--about 10-12 minutes from the Hulls Cove Visitors Center if you want to get info or hop on a bus to a hiking trailhead; about 15 minutes to Bar Harbor, less to S.W. Harbor or N.E. Harbor. Janice, the owner, is extremely responsive. We already booked for next year, so that says it all!
