Positive: Great staff and lovely quiet setting

Negative: As the villas are individually owned some of them are not maintained so well and some are beautiful so I guess it is luck of the draw.. it didn’t effect our stay but things like the pool tiles coming off or missing is not a good look

Positive: Very private, quiet, relaxing, i like the 3 pool sections, breaks it up. The gardens are gorgeous, nice view of lagoon.

Negative: The bed was too firm im a sook!

Summary: Bliss! Good walk to town, buses easily available for the way back. Gorgeous staff, so easy going.

Positive: Comfortable and private. The property also had a benefit that adjacent property had a gym which could be used.

Negative: The room fittings and shower/toilet area were very dated and the shower wasn’t great. From a value perspective the restaurant was expensive and the place has its own fixed exchange rate which was very disappointing as it was much lower than the current or even recent exchange rates which impacted our ability to enjoy more trips as there is an additional credit card charge on top of the low exchange rate again when factored on top of the booking costs is quite a lot extra.

Positive: I was working in Port Vila and staying at Mangoes was absolutely perfect for this. It was a very nice hotel and the staff were outstanding. I would definitely stay here on return visit.

Negative: Nothing.

Positive: Large room, restaurant good, staff lovely and friendly, garden nice, bed comfortable

Negative: It’s quite tired, the bathroom needed a big spring clean. We had a pool but it wasn’t great, tiles off, needs a big clean on tiles. The other pools also need a make over. This place could be great it needs a bit of a lift but I know how hard it’s been since the earthquake.

Positive: Many different pools and facilities for the terrace apartments also available to mangoes guests, big plus

Negative: Had a couple of insects sneak through the gap in the door + plus it was like 20-30 min to walk to the Main Street so if you don’t wanna eat at the hotel then you should have a car
