Positive: great location and very close to town pubs reataurants, villa gardens and beach/ promenade. great size high ceiling room. bright and modern decor.

Negative: sorry in this day and age net curtains should be banned. we wanted to sea sea view and view of villa gardens but couldnt slide the net curtains easily so gave up. me personally would have roller blinds or similar. large room so tv and pictures need to reflect size ie they should be bigger. they seemed lost in the size of room.

Positive: Nice clean room, very comfortable bed, good water pressure, large safe and nice to have a fridge as well, staff very friendly and helpful and breakfast was very good and great choice of items

Negative: Only very small complaint about the very hard pillows and if having a front facing room you need a sleeping mask (which I had) and the provided earplugs as it's very bright form the street lights and quite noisy.

Positive: Good sized Room, Comfy Bed, Decent shower. Breakfast was excellent. Nice bar with good drink choice. Superb reception, bar and dining room staff. Great location. Right in the centre of the promenade. Good parking, but a bit of a tight squeeze to get down to the parking area. Excellent Concierge service from Smudge the Cat.

Negative: Although cleanliness of the room was excellent on arrival, it was not maintained throughout the stay. Firstly, if the make up my room sign was not hung on the door, the room was not serviced. Secondly, when the room was serviced, it never saw a hoover and the bed was not made up. Also mugs were cleaned on a lottery basis. Sometimes done, sometimes not.

Summary: Lovely hotel in an excellent location. With a few tweaks this hotel could be Excellent.

Positive: Excellent friendly and helpful service in all areas. Nothing was too much trouble. Amazing choice, quality and quantity for breakfast. Private underground parking. Good central location. Beautiful spacious bathroom. The hotel had thought of everything, the little fridge was a nice touch and the huge bed was very comfortable. Spotlessly clean and plenty of drawer and wardrobe space. Couldn’t fault anything.

Negative: Couldn’t fault anything.

Summary: A most enjoyable week’s stay in this wonderful hotel, would thoroughly recommend.
