3 Bedroom Cottage in Tinonee

Mansfield on the Manning is a boutique rural retreat just 3 hours north of Sydney. Set in 16 acres on the banks of the Manning River, this tranquil resort has 3 self-contained, pet friendly properties to suit couples, families and small groups.
This 3-bedroom cottage has 3 Queen bedrooms, 1 is ensuite and one of the rooms also has bunk beds. As well as the ensuite bathroom, there is a further bathroom and separate toilet.
There is a large, spacious open plan living/ dining room (with wood burning stove) as well as a well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, Smeg oven, microwave, dish washer, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, cookware, crockery, cutlery, dinner-ware and glasses. There is reverse cycle heating/aircon.
All bedding and towels are provided as well as beautiful toiletries in both bathrooms.
There is a flat screen TV, radio and free wifi.
The cottage has a huge deck with further outdoor seating, dining and a Weber bbq. The Cottage has its own firepit for enjoying sundowners and toasted marshmallows.
We provide a welcome gift for your arrival, with homemade biscuits and eggs from our free-range chickens when available. Milk and is a good selection of teas, coffees and condiments are available in the Cottage.
The property has direct access to the river for fishing and kayaking and there are huge lawn areas for your kids and pets to enjoy.
There are also 2 river view cabins with Queen size ensuite bedrooms and 2 king singles in the loft, fully fitted out with everything you need for a weekend break - or longer! Each cabin also has Aircon and free wifi.
We are just a 5 minute drive from the Pacific Highway, but a million miles away from the stresses of the City. 10 minutes also gets you to Taree and 15 minutes to Wingham with independent shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants.
We're a 18 minute drive from Old Bar Beach. Famed for it's fantastic surfing and laid back charm, this beach is totally unspoilt and is ideal for surfers and families alike. Beautiful Saltwater, Diamond and Blackhead beaches are only a few minutes further.
We are less than 1km from the renowned Kiwarrack Mountain Bike Forest Trail.

Summary: Overall a nice place to stay and with enough people staying worth the price... We requested early check in but not accommodated...Half of the house no a/c or fans but would re visit..

Summary: An amazing property, with an exceptional view from poolside. Suzie was amazing to chat with and we shared quite a few laughs. The pool was beautiful! We stayed in the cottage and it was marvellous, kitchen is well stocked with utensils to make cooking family dinner so easy. They also hold weddings which shown where they have the ceremony on the property would be stunning :)

Summary: Beautiful property surrounded by lush greenery close to number of fantastic mountain biking tracks. Definitely will be back, there is so much more to explore in this amazing part of the world.

Summary: I think our two city schnauzers have just had the holiday of a lifetime! It was lovely to be able to enjoy the beautiful park like surrounds of this rustic property and roam on the slopes that rolled down to the lagoon and the Manning River. And to enjoy it with our very welcome dogs was the icing on the cake. The owners, Suzy and Neil, made us all feel very at home. We stayed in the cottage but virtually lived on the massive deck, well protected from the occasional downpour. Now back in Sydney feeling totally replenished and looking forward to a trip back in winter.

Summary: Really enjoyed the stay at the Mansfield on Manning cottage. Just a great place to unwind and relax. Swimming, fishing, kayaking,fire pit, mountain biking, chickens, Neil’s cooking all fantastic. My wife and two boys (12,9) loved it all and will come again

Summary: This place is beautiful. They have thought of everything you could possibly need. We have never had such a well equipped kitchen in a holiday house ! From the moment you arrive to find freshly made bread and other home made delights and eggs from their chickens you feel on holiday. The kids loved the mountain bike tracks and kayaks as well as relaxing in the pool. So great to find a dog friendly place that’s still special in other ways. We hope to go back again, I have no hesitation recommending this place.

Summary: Had a great time at this lovely property. The 3br cottage was magnificent. We has access to kayaks to use on the river. We had a dip in the gorgeous pool. We used some of the goodies grown in the garden and fresh Edda from the chooks. Lovely property and lovely owners at the property

Summary: What we were hoping for was a relaxing farmstay with something for everyone in the family and that's exactly what we had, plus some.
