The residence is extremely secure with access badge, it has a lift and one private parking reserved for the Manuia apartment.
In front of the residence, at the seaside, the Vaipoopoo Park has outdoor equipment and children's playgrounds, as well as direct access to the lagoon for water sports of all kinds, for the entertainment of all.
