Positive: Very cute for size, actually a king bed bonus over queen advertized, great small kitchen
Negative: Needs a mirror outside the bathroom and more space to store clothes, get ready for the day. Bathroom floor feels like the subfloor is rotting.

Positive: Location is the best this place has going for it. It has a nice face-lift with new appliances kitchen and flooring throughout. The bed was comfortable.
Negative: Smaller than thought. The walls were paper thin. You could hear everything from the unit next to it and the outside. The floor in the bathroom had rotted out. When you step into the bathroom the floor had the feeling of falling. The only thing keeping you in the room was the vinyl plank flooring. The BBQ wasn't working because it was too cold. Just something to be prepared for in case you are planning on using it. The hot tub is shared between 5 units probably not something to count on. In the photos it looks like it's right out the door but I honestly didn't even look for it. There are motion sensor lights outside the bedroom that turn on throughout the night. It would be nice to have blackout curtains considering the lights right outside the window.
