Positive: The room is spacious. We enjoy the heated room amenities. The parking. The staff is very attentive and Drew the manger was very helpful.
Negative: Not what we didn’t like, but suggestions. Yoga mats in rooms. Directions in room on how to properly use the tub jets etc. Better lighting in bathroom for makeup application.

Positive: The location is amazing! Literally across the street from the lake! Room has a nice partial view of the lake. Our room was smallish but nicely appointed snd bed was so comfy!
Negative: I think they hit a staffing bump in the bar so that was a bummer but not a big deal.
Summary: It's a perfect place! I would love to stay again in one of the larger rooms, maybe lakefront!! The staff is so kind

Negative: Valet parking was a bit creepy, all I asked was, was it too early to check in about 2pm. The asian guy came back with Rm 1110 is not yet ready. All I needed was a yes or no, he didnt need to check in for me. Its a bit creepy that he should know what a solo female traveler, what my room no should be. Thankfully it was not assigned to me.
