Positive: The location is perfect, one block from Opera House, 50m from hop on hop off, 2 blocks from supermarket, cafes & restaurants close by. Murphy beds are great as give lots of space during the day. Little kitchen has everything you need. I would advise everyone to use airport pickup as it is seamless and means no hassle to get there (and an inclusive drop off at station on departure)
Negative: Door lock on street tricky.

Positive: Location was great, just a few steps away from the walkable street . Very clean apartment. The property manager was very friendly and helped us store our luggage after checkout for additional 3 hrs .
Negative: The only negative was that the kitchen was on the second floor of the apartment and I have bad knees so couldn’t utilize the kitchen much.

Positive: The apartment is very airy, bright and spacious. It was very well furnished with a touch of luxury. The kitchen and bathrooms have everything one would need even for a long term stay, towels, lotions, laundry supply, quality appliances, cooking ingredients, coffee, tea, creamer and complimentary drinks. Our family specially enjoy hanging out in the living room upstairs with the bottle of wine provided. The location is also very convenient. it's a short walk from restaurants and sights, with the Ubahn a few steps away. The host Atis was very welcoming and responsive. We have traveled quite extensively, and this apartment is one of the nicest accommodations we've stayed.
Negative: Only stayed two nights instead of longer.

Positive: What a fabulous apartment, exceeded our expectations in every way Ali the host was fantastic met me at the property, he was there already when I got there for my 15h check in time. Showed me around, very accommodating. 3 spacious airy bedrooms, modern design and furnishings, really comfy beds, crisp & fresh (what looked like brand new linen), great hot shower with plentiful hot water. Excellent complimentary toiletries, This spacious duplex apartment benefitted from 2 bathrooms and a separate WC. Three (yes 3) balconies, a bit windy to utilize during our late October stay but must be amazing in Summer time. Its in a fabulous location, bang next door to the museum(s) and the U-Bahn is right outside, 2 stops from Wien Central. (just beware to validate your ticket, the fines are large) from my unlucky experience. Fabulous restaurants and bars nearby, the U-Bahn system is super easy and cheap, as are the Ubers, so makes it super easy to get around from this well located property Easy communication with the owner, I will definitely return to Vienna (next time with my partner as there is so much to explore in this fabulous city) and i will be sure to book one of these apartments. Can

Positive: The location is just perfect. It was really convinient that the apartment is right in front of the U-bahn station(U4,U1). The apartment is bright, spacious, and spotless. It has everything we needed. The manager was very friendly and attentive. He let us early check-in and arranged a taxi to the airport. And the communication was always quick and easy. The views from the windows were really beautiful. We used to see Karlsplatz, Karlskirche, and Secession in the morning sunshine in the living room. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much!
