Positive: Everything was amazing! Best part is she gave me a modem that I can bring with me to outside to connect my phone!! this is something very important for us tourists, internet is a "must" when you visit places and thanks to her, I didn't need to use my gb :) and I liked coffee machine in the kitchen, there was so many capsules ready to drink.

Positive: Difficulty in locating the address as the wrong one is given which means you have to ring to get find it and then wait for them to come to the address to let you in. There is no opera black and white apartments just a privately owned apartment. The girl was very friendly and helpful when she arrived. There was no TV. The floor while beautiful was extremely noisy to walk on.The bathroom was dated but clean however the hight to step out of the shower to the floor without anything to hold on to was extremely high which makes it unsafe for older or even slightly infirmed people to use. In fact we didn't have a shower for 4 days. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking it also had a coffee machine but no other extras like milk and sugar which l think at the price charged would have been included. Not enough towels the bedding while clean was very old. The doona and pillows very thin from over use. Advertised as high end luxury not at all. Location was good.

Communication with the hosts was excellent from when I made the reservation, making the entire process smooth and welcoming. The location is central and quiet, with plenty of great cafรฉs and restaurants nearby, just a 3-minute walk from Karlsplatz station and 6 minutes from the Vienna Operaโ€”a truly fantastic experience!

Positive: The location of the property is incredible and it is reasonably priced compared to others in the same area. It is very spacious with plenty of room for a couple, and the heating is good through the apartment for winter stays Well equipped kitchen and comfortable bed
Negative: Check in could be smoother, but there is good communication from the owner

Positive: Great location! We walked to Metro and State Opera House very easily. Very roomy and clean place. Communicating with the host was excellent.
Negative: Picking up our house key. We called and texted Eva's number, but somehow we were not able to reach her. With a help from other guest (she texted Eva about us), Ben showed up and delivered our key. During our wait in front of the building, like 20 minutes or so we met with another guests of Eva. They were under similar situation like ours. I believe they can improve this process in the future.
Summary: A wonderful place near Vienna State Opera House - It is clean and roomy!

Positive: We appreciated that someone met us a night to handover and brief us the keys to the apartment. Utensils in the kitchen are well equipped. Spacious and safe. Lots of eateries as well. Staff are friendly and responsive.
Negative: The mats, carpet, bedsheets and pillows condition should be improved. More mats and towels should be available given the number of night stays.

Positive: The apartment is beautiful and very comfortable, it's clean and everything works. The location is in a walkable distance to the touristic center, and very close to the metro and tram stations if you don't want to walk.
Negative: If you are sensitive to heat, sleeping without AC will be difficult in the summer. It might be worth it to invest in room that's allowed to install an AC. They also don't have blackouts and there's a street lamp right outside the window, so the room is never fully dark.
