Summary: 1. Delayed check-in. 2. Meaningful Noise from guests in the floor upstairs and from outside. 3. Room pictures on booking site better than the actual room.

Summary: Bar and patio restaurant left something to be desired…. Hotel and staff were GREAT!! Best value for the price and location. Quiet atmosphere. GREAT place to rent e bikes to ride around town as well.

Summary: We did not wear shoes in the room. So, we noticed the dirt on our sock from the floor in our room. It was extremely dirty. Service was generally good. But, inconsistent between bartenders. Check in and out was easy. However, I wish I would have known about the valet fee. Nobody ever mentioned that until I looked at my emailed receipt. It’s quite underhanded since valet is not optional.

Summary: The bedside clock and refrigerator did not work in our room. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. Location is amazing! Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel lobby was bright, comfy and fun people watching!

Summary: Stay was good I regularly travel solo and have been here when they first opened, the only issue I would say was my room smelled like smoke pretty bad when I entered as well as the cost of the resort fee they add on (it was almost the same price as the stay itself) and I don’t love that they force you to have valet parking instead of self parking…. So make sure you have enough cash to cover all the extra fees and you will be just fine, I will say the employees that work here are extremely nice though and they get a 5 star from me on that.

Summary: The hotel was amazing! All the housekeeping and front desk workers were amazing. Two things… 1) please talk to your valet staff. Both times we picked up as we waited for our car we could hear many of the young men talking about customers negatively in very close proximity to us and others. 2) We just got married the day before we checked in and we wanted to get some jacuzzi time in before our evening, however the amount of chlorine that was in the air alone was too much to even stay in the pool area let alone go in. Again, those two tiny things that most people wouldn’t notice just fix them, have a valet lead always outside with these younger men. And open those doors, throw on some fans and air out the pool area an hoir before you open, and keep the doors open.

Summary: I have never complained or written a review but for the price I paid you would think the rooms would be a lot cleaner. The sofa had a brown stain , the tables had hair and hair pins. The restroom has dried urine . Would not stay here again.

Summary: I booked 2 rooms, and was told one room is ready and the second one will be ready in a few. I asked for them to be close, and they said, they are 2 doors apart. We left for the beach and when we came back, turns out the room is literally on the other end of the floor. Basically 2 rooms diagonally opposite in 2 different corners of the floor. And when i asked about the room we were told aboit earlier, they said sorry, they dont have anything closer. I explained how we cannot have kids so far away, they said there wasnt anything they could do. Also, in case you plan to have their buffet breakfast, please note, the cost isnt just the one they list, for every room, they add $10 gratuity on top plus taxes. Not too much, but in case you wonder why the breakfast suddenly cost more than you thought, it's some hidden costs they don't call out front. The unwillingness of the reception folks to even try to get us and our kids together and such sneaky costs left a bad taste.
