Positive: Good location, quiet, very close to the beach and 15 minutes of beatiful-views-walking to the old town. The living room is full of light. The apartment has everything you need, including coffee capsules. Javier met us with the keys, he was wonderful and caring. Parking garage is two blocks away and costs $25 per day. We had fun drying our clothes on strings in between windows over the internal yard.
Negative: The bathroom by the main bedroom is small. Good thing it exists, though!
Summary: Beautiful aparment for the whole family. Has everything you need.

Positive: The location is excellent, just cross the street and you’re right in the middle of the boardwalk with access to the beach. The apartment is also comfortable and well-equipped, including beach towels. Javier is a wonderful host - he was waiting for us when we arrived and helped us get settled in to the apartment. Our kids enjoyed the beach, nearby bakeries, and the many parks and playgrounds that are all over the city.
Negative: The hint that there is any sort of sea view or nice balcony is very misleading. You have to lean all the way out of the living room window to see even a sliver of the beach between buildings, and the bedroom balcony faces inwards between surrounding units so all you see is concrete (and surfboard storage).
Summary: Comfortable apartment and great central location for exploring San Sebastian, especially the beach.
