Positive: I've stayed twice now and the main bed and pillows have been super comfy. Really appreciate the complimentary drinks. Hair dryer was very welcomed by my daughter. Pool was lovely and clean
Negative: The second bed (single bed) was very uncomfortable. Could feel springs through the mattress. Couldn't sleep the whole night on this bed. A face washer for each guest and Some hair conditioner and shower gel would be nice

Negative: A lift would have been good

Positive: The option of undercover parking was nice & watching the ocean was very calming.
Negative: We only booked the room so that we could stay on site & relax eat & have a few drinks. When we arrived, we saw signs saying the bistro & bar were closed for renovations. (No body informed us this would be the case on our visit). They want the money but very poor communication for their guests.
Summary: probably not again for our next visit.

Positive: Excellent location close to restaurants, cafes and river front. Peaceful location.
Negative: The extra single bed in the room made access to the double bed a bit tight. Also, no microwave or toaster (although m/w can be hired).

Positive: Great location with ocean view almost on the water by the pier. Clean room that has everything. On site parking. Very close to shops and restaurants. Has a ocean front pool. Short drive to beaches.
Negative: Property could use a make over. Access to rooms only via stairs. Bar and restaurant where closed.
Summary: Good place for short stay on the water and near Canberra.

Negative: Property quite old and tired. Shower over bath, a challenge for seniors. Property advertised cable Chanelโ€™s, only 2 were available. Enquired at reception as to why cable Chanelโ€™s not working but receptionist had no answer, was supposed to find out but nothing was done. Bar and Bistro closed for renovations.
Summary: Lack of cable tv Chanelโ€™s, bar & Bistro closed and shower over bath should have been advised prior to occupancy.
